Braindead dickhead. Marrying an only fan models didn't help with his brain health.

Ironically it probably helped with his dickhead.

He is hauling ass this year.  That is for sure.   It is great for the series.

I heard he was scared Jett was gonna pass him and high tailed it out of there like the soft voiced puss he is.

So nobody can pick up on a clearly sarcastic post anymore?

Looked fit and fast! Damn that’s the Anderson I like, hanging it out! But yeah, don’t grab gears off the track haha

Remember when Ando said "the AMA can suck it" a few years ago? He has had a rocky past with them.

He hauling the mail! Ripping through a field this stacked was insane. It just drives home the point from last week. The fans that said he should have gotten out of Jetts way reasoned that he was holding up a title contender. What do they say now after last night?

Still think Hunter should have been docked but that doesn't mean that Anderson should not have

This is the point...  Hunter absolutely gained advantage by going around the whoops and did it twice.  If you penalize one, you have to penalize both.  Otherwise it appears like someone is playing favorites.

There was 0 reason not to re enter the track before the whoops. Simple

Thank you. When you see the screenshots it really shows you why he was penalized. Can’t argue that!!

Now Plessinger's podium speech makes sense...  "Wow, I guess I got 3rd!"  I was assuming someone got penalized, but had no idea who/what.

So because it's muddy you can skip sections of the track?  Hunter should have been docked and Jason as well....but it should have been the same.

He definitely should have been docked. In the past, they have always let riders do this without penalty. Villopoto was notorious for it but even last year Hampshire did it to stay close to the leader and ended up winning the race. No penalty. I hope this is the new normal. But it does suck for Anderson he’s the first one they actually penalized.

That was a vintage Anderson night: aggressive, hauling ass, and cutting the track.

People in this forum seem to struggle to understand that it isn't about whether you "made up time." When you go down you naturally would lose time. You have to deter people from cutting the track. It's not enough not to gain a position. Ride the track like everyone else.

How does one re-enter a set of whoops safely? I’ll wait for the explanation. i don’t understand how anyone that has ever ridden on anything larger than 2 foot tall whoops let alone professional level SX whoops thinks you can enter the whoop section from the side safely, probably the same folks that think jumping three jumps is a quad.

He should’ve just gotten back on the track before the whoops and blitzed them. Could’ve gone fast and not gotten a penalty. Too many riders are skipping parts of the track just because it’s easier to do so. I was rooting for Jason to win tonight but you can’t just ride around the side of the track because you fell over.

I've noticed this for just about everyone. When they go off the course they ride all the way down the side before entering the track. I don't get why they just don't get on the track right where they went off. That way they can go as fast as they want. Way back in the day the rule was you had to enter as close to where you went off. I know it's difficult and maybe more dangerous but at least you won't get penalized.

That was my question. Did he gain a spot? Now I understand the why.

Logic...isn't it a great thing!

Gaining time while speeding outside the track lanes is cheating.   Bypassing technical sections of the track is cheating.

Everyone should be treated exactly the same when this is done.       Last night Ando got his.     I suspect Ando is MORE likely to be nicked because of his "don't give a shit" attitude toward the AMA.      Huntah....well... we all know the story there.

I don't think they expected him to re-enter the whoops. I agree some things you just can't do safely, that's where Supercross differs from most motorsports. If you end up off track, it's sometimes not quite as simple as getting back on.

But if he does have to go around them, they do expect him to not absolutely drop the hammer and make up a bunch of time doing so.

It's awesome to see Anderson going well and getting on with this new Kawi though, hope he keeps going strong.

Anderson has been a long history of gaining an advantage off the track, and been penalized multiple times, if Hunter keeps doing it, he will likely by penalized.

I was there Hombre didn't gain any time, He would have gone through those whoops a lot faster if he didn't fall. he gassed it a little then slowed and entered the track in dead last. Passed his way up to 7th. I think there is politics involved, Yamaha in bed with AMA.

Though I am an Eli & Cooper fan, Anderson put on one hell of a ride in all 3 races.

If he had cruised down the side it wouldn’t have been a problem X. But he was grabbing gears , like the last 5 times he has been penalised for it
