I live in Nashville and am bummed there's nothing relatively close. This may be the first year in 5 or so years that I miss an in-person round. I'm hoping no Nashville this year is simply due to timing of demolition starting on the old stadium and the new stadium opening and not related to Feld being priced out of the new stadium.

Agreed, and who I really feel bad for are the team members who put in the long days but have no say in things behind the scenes. They were the guys who lived at Club MX working their asses off all day to try to help Prado only to get to the race and watch him put in a half assed effort. I miss the sport before the era of social media. Not only did social media conveniently give everyone a voice, but character limits and comment sections influenced people to communicate in the most provocative and reactionary manner possible, for the intention of producing engagement (all for their own benefit). Intellectual discussion is non-existent and critical thinking has been tossed out the window in favour of mob mentality. The division and hostility has made browsing socials after the races, or even downtime between races a miserable experience. Yep. It's the whole world. You can't express an OPINION on anything without being drug down by a bunch of basement dwelling, pale skinned, MX vs. ATV champions. Peoples opinions on moto (and anything) used to be very close with some slight differences that were easily accepted on a person by person basis. Now, I can't believe some opinions I see on certain happenings. I don't share half of my moto thoughts on here anymore cause I don't want to deal with the constant explanations and abuse, it's time consuming and flat out dumb.
