This may sound like sacrilege, but for your intended purposes, have you thought about getting some kind of fun and nimble e-bike? Surron or something? Never thought in a million years that I would suggest that, but given what you are wanting to do, it kind of makes sense.

Is there a privateer housing “community?” Places where privateers can stay when on the road? I live somewhat close to redbud, wife and kid will be gone for this week… so lots of room. We used to be a billet family for junior hockey kids and that worked out well for everyone. Figured might be able to help some racers out and maybe get some more mid week riding in.

I miss the days when there were no such things as "pit passes". Everything was pretty much like a local race as far as access and there were seldom issues with people abusing/misbehaving the situation when I went. I'm sure it will never go back to what it was, but I'm glad I got to enjoy it while it lasted. 👍

MRI today. Heading to Doc G's this afternoon. If surgery isn't required, G will have him ready for Red Bud. Seth isn't a pussy. If he can physically race, he will be there.

Worth mentioning, this behavior is not specific to American racing. In fact, I do not recall chainsaws and air horns at MX events until it became popular in MXGP and Des Nation events.
