Andre Malherbe used to show up to a grand prix in a Ferrari before riding an RC500. That's pretty cool.

These are a couple I took almost 18 and 20 years ago. I think that qualifies for "old school" but it's a very subjective term. The first one is Ivan Tedesco at the Kawaski test track in 2004 (notice the 1W number plate). The second one is RC (duh) during daytime practice at the SF Supercross (I think 2002)

This is my favorite thing to post lately but… On a scale of 1 to Team Fried, how high are you?
Nope, ownership is still the same as it’s been since the beginning. “Going in a different direction” refers to the changes I’m making. I have creative control of the site and have been tasked with making a pretty big push forward around here. That includes a staffing restructuring.

Are you kidding me, right? Mookie literally cut underneath Barcia on a different line and left him plenty of room on the outside with no contact whatsoever. That was a textbook pass.

So, docked ten points, finishes 5th on the season behind MM instead of 4th? Probably still won’t learn from it.

It will be interesting to see how many vitards have ordered the Varg and where in the world they are located. Im in Australia...super excited about this bike because of the freedom to ride at home it will give me. I have no real pre concieved ideas about owning the bike other than it should be pretty easy to maintain..steering away from any preconceived ideas about what it will be like to ride, just looking forward to that first ride experience.. Its still 6 months away for me on their current shipping estimate..in the mean time Im planning to buy...

I remember that picture so well. The dang pics in this thread are tearing me up. I know many of you other guys / gals out there feel the same way I do right now. Accomplished absolutely nothing today. Have no will to do so. When Joe and Dwayne passed I felt the same way. Hate to sound like a big softie here , but gawd this really is a shitty day.

I'm just at a lost for words today. I'm sorry Scottie, I know it was your decision but I wish we could've done more for you pal. I gave it a shot at the end, I hope my intrusion didn't upset you, I just wanted to make sure it was what you really wanted. I'm glad you're at peace now. Godspeed, I'll see ya on the other side.

Godspeed and ride in peace old friend. I will never forget you Scott Stewart #28. Thank you for your lifetime of friendship. I will keep you close to my heart and rest assured your old childhood friends will do the same. Although my eyes are filled with tears and my heart aches here this morning there is also a warm feeling inside knowing you are finally free of the pain and suffering you’ve endured for so long. If the heaven thing is true then I know your buckling those boots and strapping on your helmet right now and may god...
