I like the 70th anniversary edition Yamahas, but I wish they'd use yellow instead of their international color scheme. ChatGPT to the rescue. There are some mistakes here and there, but for the most part, I think these look pretty damned good. Hey Yamaha, how about these for your 75th? That'll probably happen before Kawasaki releases their new two-stroke. 😋

Yamahas should be yellow and gold, blue is for 6 cylinder Mustangs your sister drives.
Tank/ Shroud graphic looks like its off a Banshee. I am a diehard "Yamaha's should be Yellow" guy so I'm not hatin. A graphic reminiscent of the 77-84 era would be cool. Gold or silver wheels too for sure.
Do one in silver, just for comparisons sake. White is my least favorite color way.

Cool concept but man I’m so sick of Ai & ChatGPT
Take my money now!
The grandkids PW project is getting close to done
I like the yellow, but I prefer the "strobe".
Redbull Yamahas would look sick tbh
All fun and games until your local MX track is an AI data center.
That AI picture looks like it added 50lbs to the bike
The 2016, 60th Anniversary 450 was the best looking bike Yamaha has sold in 3 decades…
Personal preferences: If I'm doing a B&Y YZ250, it would have the Yamaha "racetrack" and tuning fork emblems incorporated someway/how in the graphics. The wheels would also be gold, like the ones on my '83 YZ250K.
The seat might also say "Yamaha" on the side and have a lightning bolt above it. 👍
Where is there a "concept"?
As an Aussie, in the late 70 and early 80,s our bikes where white.
I always thought Yellow YZ were awesome.

Yamahas should be yellow. Not a fan of blue, though with black front ends they are tolerable. The euro white/red is a hard no-go for me.
I can’t even find yellow plastic for a ‘26. Sad.
Does the toy come complete with the broken driveshaft? 🤣
And us 'Muricans were just dying to get a YZ that looked like LaPorte's. That red and white steed with gold rims was a full-blown sex-wagon to us in the land of yellow and black. 🤪
But isn't that how it always is - we want what we don't have? 🤔
Damn, TC222 must have been unhappy with Yamaha, look at the hat !
Hey Dood, that beauty looks factory, only better ! Nice job !
This is about to be the most downvoted comment in Vital history, Yamaha's have been blue far longer than they ever were yellow. And I believe their first bike was white and red.
I think people like what they grew up with. I had a yellow YZ60 but all white & red after that. I like white & red Yammies best.
Because it’s just a fake photo. Not real
So true. There was a kid riding a US-spec YZ80 over here in 1981 with the yellow plastics and a chromed swingarm. We all wanted it 😄
🤣 Man, some of the reactions here are pretty funny. It's cool though, no hard feelings. Everyone has their own opinion, and I totally support that. I was born in 1974, so YZs were yellow when my fascination with motocross began. Now, for the haters, I present some more.

The whole Yamaha color scheme debacle never made sense to me.
Come up with a global color scheme of Red / White.
Use your competitor Suzuki's color scheme of yellow too, but only in your largest market, America.
Adopt your global scheme of red / white in America.
Switch everything to blue.
