6/8/2026 6:22pm I don't necessarily think it's all Kawasaki's fault. I mean Chase is a known head case and Romain Febvre is the defending MXGP World Champion. He got it done just fine. Same bike, different results.

The whole Yamaha color scheme debacle never made sense to me. Come up with a global color scheme of Red / White. Use your competitor Suzuki's color scheme of yellow too, but only in your largest market, America. Adopt your global scheme of red / white in America. Switch everything to blue.

5/20/2026 4:33am I like the 70th anniversary edition Yamahas, but I wish they'd use yellow instead of their international color scheme. ChatGPT to the rescue. There are some mistakes here and there, but for the most part, I think these look pretty damned good. Hey Yamaha, how about these for your 75th? That'll probably happen before Kawasaki releases their new two-stroke. 😋

4/24/2026 2:50am IMO, the One Industries graphics were the best on that generation of KXs. Even though I recently owned an 06 KX250, my top choice is a 94-98. I should have never sold my 96.

They need to burn some midnight oil this winter. Just imagine an A1 pre-race show where they kill the lights then, because they've put microphones in the tunnel like anyone...

Your last paragraph. "I'd love to see a KDX offered in 250cc and 300cc versions with a steel frame (even though I argued against it), an easy button with a kick backup, a counter balancer, and a carburetor for simplicity. A little bit of new, a little bit of old." That is exactly what I'm hoping for as well. That covers so many bases and I think would satisfy the majority riders/racers.
