Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
This is actually very sad. Albeit, not really surprising.
I’ve said it before, that we are slowly edging towards two different sports with two different sets of athletes- SX specialists and MX specialists.
It’s only a matter of time.
Most other sports season is 5-6 months long, supercross is 5 months long. As hard as this sport is on athletes bodies I'm amazed any of them can make the entire 10 month indoor/outdoor season.
Why?
Jett, Sexton and Tomac are killers at both. Roczen was as well before injuries took him out. Musquin was great at both too. J coop just got 3rd at SX and is better outdoors. Anderson was quite a bit better at SX but was still very good at motocross.
Webb and Ferrandis are more the outliers than the norm.
Outside of Webb every “all-timer” is a MX killer as well. And in Glovers case oh so close to a SX title.
Its always been like that.
Many champions have done SX only contracts. Less rounds lessens the odds of injuries .

Ferrandis won a 450 outdoor title . Edit : not as good at both is what you're saying . Sorry
Transcript: So I'm going to stop you, I don't care about outdoors right now. I've said it in 2019, I said it in 21 Supercross champ, I don't give a crap bro
I've never really cared about SX except for the fact that it's the same guys that race MX. I know it requires insane amounts of talent, skill and balls of steel but...well, there ya go.
I kinda have my doubts about the majority of riders believing that SX is more prestigious. How much does an SX c-ship pay out compared to an MX title. That might be a factor in the answer.
Let's face it...SX is mostly a "spectator" sport. A usually comfortable place to take the family for a night out. Very few of the guys that attend have ever "raced" on a real SX track. I know that's true because they're still alive.
MX attendees tend to have or have had some MX racing experience. It's relatable in a way SX never can be for the average Joe or Jill.
I don't hate SX but it will always be a Frankensport to me. Having said that, it is doing exactly what it was designed to do...putting money in racers pockets during the winter...which is a-ok.
Edited for spelling.
Terrible take.
250 mx counts as much as 450 mx as its a Natuonal title on your resume. But 450"s are the premier class amd the 450 mx title is certainly a bigger title to win than a 250. Webb only has one 450 National win. With all those sx wins, why is that? Why does he only show up for 50% of the season? I thought he was an assassin?
Meanwhile Deegan can't wait for it, let's hope that mindset doesn't change once he has to race 17 SX rounds!
Your autocorrect is ratting you out so bad 😂
I don't get how you trash the likes of the Lawrence's here yet expect no one in this forum to trash Webb ??
Yeah, but we know he cares about indoors...
I’m not so sure. The vast majority of the 450 champions in the last 30 years or so have been good enough to win titles in both disciplines.
And despite it being often predicted there hasn’t really been a movement towards SX only contracts.
That's what I think he meant, but he didn't say "Right Now".
I took it to mean that he just won a championship, and to let him enjoy the moment.
Many? I can think of two maybe three and one of them came back to outdoors full time.
Webb is somewhat unique among the modern greats that he’s so much better at one discipline and his win/championship record is so lopsided towards SX.
You work for the team?
Pit Row
As much as I’d like to see a motivated Coop in the mix this summer I don’t blame him. He’s getting up there in age, survived the meat grinder that took out a lot of guys just as capable as him, and just padded his bank account. He’s probably physically and mentally exhausted. We keep adding more races and wonder why the athletes tap out of outdoors at an older age? My guess is he just does enough to set himself up for SMX.
I ain’t affiliated with no team or rider , do I support coop 🤔 yea but the same approach I take on my ufc & boxing podcast is the same approach I take to moto , fair , balance & objective praise & criticism across the board no matter if I like the athlete or not 👍🏾👌🏾 erry now & then I’ll poke the bear at some of the other fans when the athlete i support shines thru the spotlight on some friendly bragging shit 😂
It was literally the first question the media asked him. "thoughts on the next series?" Are you kidding me? let the guy enjoy the day and accomplishment before just ghosting the supercross series in less than an hour after its over. How much ADHD can you have to just immediately "SQUIRREL" off to another dimension?
I don't think people really grasp the psychological stress these guys in contention for championships go through. His body and mind probably need a big sigh of relief after the past 18 weeks.
Bud....you been drinking the dramaMX-asshole-members kool-aid.
Facts: I've got nothing against Jett. True, I don't care much for Hunter. I don't trash them. I did get sick of the 24/7 in your face coverage...but that isn't their fault.
I trashed their psychotic fans in the past.
I think you are in denial, you really need to look over your old posts lol
Posting that re-affirms (for the 10395th time) that you are an absolute fruit loop.
Prove it. Share a quote of mine where I trashed Jett.
...and no, not the funny memes I made about media/broadcast over-exposure, or the psychotic-pantie-wetting fans...or the "Huntah line" don't even count. The only time I've been tough on Jett was over the Ando thing and that was deserved.
Well, let's see what Grok came up with after wading through Goo's shitty posts.
Conclusion: Magoofan’s posts on Vital MX demonstrate a pattern of hostility and negativity toward Jett Lawrence, characterized by sarcasm, dismissive remarks, and gloating over setbacks like injuries or crashes.
Specific examples include mocking Jett’s media presence, questioning his skills in certain conditions, and downplaying his impact on the sport. These align with community perceptions of Magoofan as a provocateur who targets Jett consistently, as evidenced by user backlash and references to his “Lawrence derangement syndrome.”
Analysis and Patterns
Recurring Themes: Magoofan’s attacks on Jett Lawrence often focus on downplaying his achievements (e.g., questioning FMOTP status), mocking his media presence (e.g., “infomercial” comments), criticizing his racing mistakes (e.g., crash ratio), or gloating over setbacks (e.g., injuries). These align with his broader hostility toward the Lawrence brothers, as noted by users who accuse him of “Lawrence derangement syndrome.”
Tone and Intent: His posts frequently use sarcasm, condescension, or provocative language to undermine Jett’s reputation. Even when not overtly aggressive, comments like “pump the brakes” or “cringe” carry a dismissive tone meant to belittle Jett’s success or image.,
Community Backlash: Other Vital MX users consistently call out Magoofan’s behavior, with remarks like “What kind of person goes to so much trouble to post negatively on every single Lawrence related thread?” and accusations of trolling. This suggests his attacks on Jett are conspicuous and habitual.,
Examples of Hostility: While some posts (e.g., FMOTP thread) are less vitriolic, they still attack Jett by questioning his hype or readiness. More direct attacks, like the crash ratio post, aim to portray Jett as error-prone, while injury-related comments hint at schadenfreude.
Bad timing to ask about the Nationals but I don’t find the answer surprising. Not considering the team, Monster, moto media, are not going to penalize him for it.
I concluded long ago he is part of the Deegan marketing campaign.
