I’m amazed there’s not a new “WTF is wrong with Roczen” thread after yesterdays race. Say what you want…but, hey at least he’s being consistent…

He’s edged into the top-10 in how many races this year?

JS7 said it best. "Roczen is done".

Hate to see it.

Did you even listen to what JS7 said? He said his season was done as far as the championship goes.

Hopefully he gets things figured out for the nationals.

Anyone on here listen to the mx vice podcast? Lewis talked about how there is a rider in the GPs that went and seen some dr Kenny did earlier this year. This rider apparently said he had a month where he didn’t feel good and then suddenly felt great and fixed his issues. Not sure how true this actually is, but was a bit weird to hear.

Mookie and El Hombre both were docked positions for "gaining an advantage off track"

Roczen finished 7th

KR94 said it best on a earlier swap interview. When you say that you really don't need to be there anymore you said it best. Dude battled so many injuries and has a child. He is riding the string out just like JS7 did.

I would be surprised if he races outdoors.

Isn’t he going to GPs ?? 🤣

To be fair I hope he stays healthy and finds his form again or pulls pin and spends time with his family healthy.

He's already skipped an outdoor season. If he does it again wouldn't he owe Honda some money ? As far as I know he's not on a SX only deal .

Not just Honda. But if he and Honda are parting ways after this year and he pulls out of outdoor. This SX season being the last thing on his resume. Getting a good quality ride, along with keeping top paying sponsors like Redbull and Fox will be another fight. Sure his next contract will be payed on results.
Mookie and Anderson playing there games the entire race and still pass a factory rider. Never a good look.

Put a fork in him he's done! Dude cost me $1200.00 with that performance in Arlington. I had Webb, Tomac, Barca, Stewart, and Roczen to choose from, of course i chose Roczen, and as they say the rest is history. Everybody told me to stay away from him, but he's Ken Roczen, all I needed was a 10th or better, and he punted. When did Dean Wilson become a more consistent rider than Roczen? I must of missed the memo. Seriously, I feel bad for him, he has given so much to the sport and seems to be a nice guy, I hope in the end, history is kind to him, because he has paid a pretty heavy price for his fame.

No, in Arlington, thought he was a good pick because triple crown format, top ten overall, did not think that out of reach. Like the Cotton reference, DODGEBALL!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone still really be wondering about 'why' Kenny drops back in a race?
3/6/2022 6:30pm
He needs to pull a k dub and walk. Love to watch kenny but dont wont to see him get hurt or get lower and lower results.

Maybe he got some special meds from a special doc while on his special trip?

I’m not talking about anything illegal or PED shit either. Relax folks. I’m talking about something to help with his intermittent bouts of illness, that he’s been very public about, since lime-gate.

For fuck’s sake, yes it’s both sad and puzzling to see an elite level rider unexpectedly drop down the order, but does it need a thread, or multiple threads every week?
We’ll know what’s going on when Roczen decides to speak. Even then no doubt, he’ll still be ridiculed by ignorant dickheads.
It’s happened to riders before, and it’ll happen again, it’s a tough sport.

The only other explanation, besides all the others that have been suggested, is that he has a secret deal already locked in and he's cruising around to make a hard push on the new bike similar to what Webb did on Yamaha. Probably not but all we have is speculation at this point.

If you've got enough money to be betting $1200 on crap like that, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Agreed. I was totally jazzed when he won his first SX after his injuries. I was rooting for him to title last year.. I'm a fan, but I'm not a fan of his whiny side. My earlier comments are based on the reality of his current situation. Not my fault some people get all spooled up when you "diss" some truth on their guy.
