Do a lot of people title MX bikes? most racers just have the certificate of origin don't they? I have never tried to title any of my MX bikes, in MA it is only possible for vehicles used on the streets . I know lots of racers who buy bikes in NH to avoid sales tax. I agree they should have done something like that and I'm surprised they didn't. At the very least they need to fix whatever hiccup caused them to think the bike was delivered. And have a faster way to rule out fraud if that was the worry on Starks end. I know nobody seems to care why they didn't do that.
