If the only time you race is when everyone you think can beat you has crashed, your self-esteem has to pretty low. And what happens next series? Roczen will have that in his mind if he went that direction. Those guys will live in his head. He would show up next series knowing he had practically already admitted defeat by deciding that he can’t win with them there.

The only other explanation, besides all the others that have been suggested, is that he has a secret deal already locked in and he's cruising around to make a hard push on the new bike similar to what Webb did on Yamaha. Probably not but all we have is speculation at this point.

Yamaha has always been a very dependable bike. Yes the 10'-13' bike was a turd but still very bulletproof. I did love the ergos of the 10'-13' 250f just wasn't efi but the wr450 with those ergos, non-reverse motor and EFI was an underrated thing of beauty, not talked about enough.

As much steam as it was bellowing in the burnout I don’t think it was close to giving up the ghost in the race.

No they do not. Typical wear and tear two strokes do not last longer, they are just cheaper to replace items with and easier to rebuild.

But he doesn’t really speak… don’t get excited, this is just a collection of his post race interviews so far this year. I was hoping it was going to be a recent interview discussing how he’s feeling, but no it’s just a click-bait title. Well done Klinger, you’ve done what anyone of us could’ve done.

Joe Ripper Added a reply to Forkner

2/23/2022 10:50pm
I have nothing against the kid but all night I thought Forkner looked HORRIBLE. He looked physically weak on the bike, had horrible body positioning and suspension looked off all night. He didn't look smooth at all, so I was really surprised to see this thread. Still great job managing a 2nd and I hope he looks better next week...

I personally think what Aldon brings to the table is more scientific/anatomy "knowledge of the body". I think he knows how to get the riders "blood levels" etc at peak performance starting the season and maintaining throughout the season, better than anyone else.

I thought the dude did great! Him and RC seemed to compliment eachother really well and he brought a lot of energy and insight to the commentary. He knew exactly who the riders were, where they were and what was happening from a racers point of view. It was a nice change and some of his "one-liners" were great as...

Joe Ripper Started a new thread Marchbanks 450 East Coast?

2/2/2022 12:01pm
Yes, the 450 class is really competitive but I can't help thinking that Marchbanks would be a great fit for the 450 (due to his size) and even score some better results than Alex Martin. This 250 west series has to be a disappointment for him although his speed has been consistently at the top of the class. With the...

Not just those guys would lose there jobs. Also all the factory 250 teams would cut down on size. Star would go to a 2-3 rider team in 250s rather than the 4-5 guys in 250s they have now. Same with Pro Circuit. Not to mention all the privateer teams that would go by the wayside without a chance of making a main with no East/West splits. It talking about riders, but also mechanics, team managers, drivers etc. Lots of jobs lost in the industry.
