Does Eli look slimmer this year?

I know, its hard to judge on a guy who has never carried any notable weight anyway, but in his interview just then, I thought he was looking lean! Obviously its working for him IF he is.

slimmer in dutch is smart , so yeah i agree he is smarter this season .. no mistakes ,people around him make mistakes and he benefits ..its like the Dungey approach and so far it works great and he is in a great spot

Can’t tell. But what I can see was how fuckn sweet it was watching him steer that rear tire through the turn before the finish. Love watching that guy when he’s on.

Said to my brother, somehow it seemed ironic watching them battle tonight.

The season thus far has felt opposite of their 2018 battle IMO.

Then Eli was fast as, more issues, poorer starts. Anderson seemed so consistent.

This year, feels like Jason has speed to burn but Eli has been super methodical.

And tonight Eli had bursts of speed, but didn’t execute at all and Jason was just cutthroat with a mistake in one moto.

He's picking his battles wisely. Last night, he wanted nothing to do with Anderson in race 2, just let him have it after his pass attempts showed JA would be aggressive back. He knows JA would take him out. Race 3 he just sat behind him. Smart Eli isn't as exciting but it's working for him.

About to pass RV on the all time 450 wins list. He's now tied for 4th all time on the combined wins list.

Eli looked to be in complete control and had the points in hand to not have to push as hard as Jason. Anderson was pushing hard all night and was great to watch. Those tight tracks favor him and the Kawi looks great in the whoops.
