I’ve personally seen this kid take out people at three separate races. I wasn’t there for this race but guess the other kid got his leg broken. I’m all for aggressive passes and shit but this is just a local A race. Let’s be honest none of them are ever gonna make a career out of racing dirtbikes. I know the kid in question has a reputation for dirty riding. He doesn’t have many friends at the track. Like someone said earlier if he did it to me he’d be the most no tooth having MFer at the races from now on. (Even less than the guy holding the Bud heavy on the edge of the burm with his other hand up every time anyone goes by ✊✊✊) ESP if he broke my fuckin leg. Bet your ass when I got better and racing again I’d return the favor on the track too.

You need a “good guy” who has a few take out moves up their sleeve to sort him out. He ain’t too subtle.

If he is a dangerous rider there are several options. The petition is one option and it brings the situation to the promoter's attention. The promoter's would be wise to have a talk with the rider and put him on probation. If it happens again he takes a break for a month or two. If it happens again, a year. If it happens a third time, banned. This is usually enough to correct the behavior or prevent him from coming back. Another option is for riders to boycott the class. One or two times of this happening will cost the promoter money and will motivate them to take action. Losing one rider costs much less than losing 10 or 20. There is no excuse for idiots on the track and they should be dealt with. Nobody should have to go through a painful injury and recovery because of one bad apple.

If Barcia is any indication, you’re entirely wrong.

On the other hand, he’d fit right in with the guy cutting way to the inside just to clean someone out.

From what LKHill said, sounds like this may be regular, even just at practice.

I say you handle it on the track. Don’t let anyone make u think u can go punch the dude cause today that will cause you the legal issues. Don’t get in his way on the track, wait for him to get in your way and then deal out whatever he deserves. Just don’t back off when u go. If he’s doing this to u and other guys then he can’t complain when it comes back. Real riders wouldn’t let that happen very long before they handled it 100%

Sounds like everyone knows he’s a douchebag and a danger but yet there he still is. “If you’re gonna be dumb, you’ve gotta be tough” is going through my head now for some reason.

I was not really shocked by the vid', but with already 481 people who have signed the petition in 18 hours, I am quite sure an investigation will be addressed shortly.

You broke your buddies legs and now they won't leave the door open?

I don't think you understand. The guy is faster than 95%+ of the people at the track. Your gonna leave the door open.

Thinking about it and I’m actually surprised tracks don’t already have rules like this in place that are posted at registration for everyone to see. And at the track owner/promoters digression to enforce dq’s or suspensions for negligent riding albeit on purpose or accident.

You can see the guy literally go off the track to the inside to have a line to hit him. What a cunt

If he's in fact A class, then there has to be several other competent riders who can "safely" park him until he reconsiders his riding tactics. Definitely a cunt.

It’s been happening for years but our local racing districts (D3, USMX to name a few) never do anything about it. I cannot recall any actual fighting ever. Crazy that it’s come to a petition. Maybe it’ll open some eyes tho.
No matter what happens with this petition, I think that by just printing it and presenting it to the local tracks actually make them potentially responsible if other injuries happen, as they would be informed that a potential danger is on the track and they didn't take action. It would be the same situation if 500 people had signed to change a dangerous double. That is not something you want to risk as a track owner.

I just hope it is a real case of multiple bad riding and injuries, as that blockpass on the video was not really ok but not something to be banned from all local tracks either. The list of injured riders should be provided as some point, because racing incidents happen too, petitions can be made between facebook friends who have no clue of the situation. I have seen at the tracks as many hysterical people as very dirty riders. That said, with almost 500 people signing the petition in 18 hours, when there is smoke there is fire.

Not that I know anything about this rider, incident, or whether a ban is warranted, but that inside was definitely not open.

First rider was all the way on inside edge of the track. Second rider left the racing surface to cut across for the hit:

What ever happened to old white painted car tyres lining the track? Technically he’s still on the track. Woulda stopped that fool.
