Watching a recap of Trump & Hegseth addressing military leadership at Quantico. Hegseth was embarrassing, and Trump is borderline inappropriate. These admirals and generals left commands and traveled multiple time zones to pump Hegseth’s ego and hear Trump whine. It’s objectively bad, and serves almost no practical or operational purpose.

Been in California my whole life, we have the best weather in the country period, we have beautiful mountains, beaches and great riding from tracks to the mountains to the desert, a great church family, yes our politicians are some of the worst, taxes are high, gas is outrageous, and the politicians still can’t define what a woman is, insanity to be sure, but there are a lot of us left here fighting to keep California great, not giving up hope on this great piece of land… yes we admire what other states have to offer with better policies but...

My guess is how all these tariffs republicans are pushing on rest of the world. This is going to have nasty effects. 100% China, Japan ( those motorcycles just doubled in price). Europe 25-50%. Canada, Mexico 25%. Going to be ugly. Sure you may receive lower taxes, will be offset by good costing 100% more. Yes get popcorn ready. Better go get your popcorn maker before it doubles in price.

According to their bios, it looks like 3 are (or were) off-roaders (Salazar, Patrovsky, Anderson) and a 4th (Urena) has a son who is an off-roader. Plus Lemmon's OHV experience is a little vague, but he grew up in Ocotillo Wells and his " participation in the off-road community spans over five decades". So it's possibly 5 advocates for OHVs? I think it's unreasonable to expect that the commission would be primarily off-roaders, who would just approve everything in favor of off-roaders. That would be nice, but not reasonable. That's the objective. " The Commission membership is intended to represent a broad range of groups including OHV recreation enthusiasts, biological or soil scientists, rural landowners, law enforcement, environmental protection organizations, and non-motorized recreation interests." It wouldn't make sense to have an OHMVR commission that is run exclusively by off-road vehicle enthusiasts. You want opposing viewpoints to come to compromises and hopefully find a balance that benefits the most people possible.
