Pump fuel generally is 15% ethanol, which makes it 4%
oxygenated by weight I think.
I couldn’t tell a 1% difference between the stock pipe and 1100$ stupid FMF 3 piece Titianiun that wouldn’t fit properly on my 2017 350.

My experience tells me otherwise. On the YZ there was a noticeable surge in the mid range & it allowed the engine to rev a bit longer in the rpm’s with the higher octane.
This was comparing 91 (pump fuel) to 101 (their race fuel) CA 76 octane fuel with no jetting changes.

I'm selling my 250SX and got a RM-Z 250 and that's what brought me to this thread.... Looking for some more power for my build!! A lot of crazy B.S. on here! And it looks like my "weed eater" post has revived it... LOL! Good Times!
I’ll be testing this theory on a 20 CRF450r WE as I’m curious if I’ll notice a change using 91 octane vs. the 101.
I have always been under the belief that there is a reason for having higher octane fuels as noted in this thread, but through the yrs. I have found that it will make somewhat of a noticeable difference in stock engines.
