It's not like people just start smoking and driving in those states that are now legal, people have smoking and driving since they started making cars. It's just an easy justification for the insurance companies to raise their rates.

Not being FDA regulated theres lots of shit out there, some that dont have any CBD in them.
Try green roads in Flordia. They ship quick, and use a 3rd party lab to verify its gtg.
Helps with my pain. Not magic or anything, still cant put my arm straight up in the air. Being alive still makes my knees swell. But I feel pretty good, with less of the "old broke bone wants to remind you it was broke 10 year ago" feeling.
You'd be using a shitload of CBD that might have traces of THC in it to fail a piss test. Pretty sure marijuana isn't banned by the WADA though, riders are allowed to blaze away if they want.
You'd be the guy crying to the mags that he got singled out and USADA is a bad organization and they ruined his career and blah blah blah.

Everybody now pays more in those areas.
Besides kids with two types of childhood epileptic seizures, research is very limited and inconclusive on the other touted benefits of CBD oil for humans. However, if you BELIEVE it is a panacea for a wide range of human ailments it may be right for you. ?

The fact that this post isnt 100% downvoted is a great showing on why there´s still so much hate, war and just plain stupity in the world. Just fucking stop.
On topic though, I must give credit to MX sports on doing their best to be on the riders side on this. Announcing it this way makes it really sound like they understand and are agreeing with what the general public and riders wants, but HAVE to prohibit it due to TV licensing issues. Compare this to how Feld handled it and the shitshow that followed and all it would have taken to make the public happy would be a press release like this. Now I understand that MX Sports had the Feld fiasco as reference but I would like to believe the PR would have looked very much the same.
