Years ago at Loretta’s I was watching Christian on superminis. Every lap he came around Mike was cussing him leaning over the fence. Holy shit was that dude was insane, he sounded like a lunatic. Couldn’t imagine the stuff he’s delt with.

In one of the old Mike Craig threads , I told people what I thought about him , and he was a real piece of work. I also said Christain would be 10x the father he ever was......and I got shit for it.

Holy shit.... I never knew Christian and his father were on such bad terms. I've often wondered about why they hardly ever make reference to Christian being the son of a former pro

I knew Mike Craig built a less than stellar reputation for himself on and off the track back when he was racing, but sounds like the dude really fell off the wagon I guess??

Mike Craig complimented my '1993' yz125 up at Geln Helen once. I asked if he rode for team yamaha in 1993 and he told me to "get a brain, moran" and said it was actually 1994.

I can totally relate to Christian here. It's so frustrating dealing with parents that keep fucking up and tarnishing the family name.

They always say kids want to grow up to be like their parents but it doesn't take long into your young adult years to realize you want nothing to do with that lifestyle and become the polar opposite to come out ahead and try to make a name for yourself. I'm no saint but when your run is over, it's time to face the facts and admit that it's ended.

I was there too and remember it exactly. He was hauling ass and through the whoop section he hit a wall jump in the middle and cleared the rest of the whoops that only Guy Cooper was also doing until the inevitable happened, big crash.

Other than that he sounds spun out in real life.
