About a month ago I went out on a whim and found a 2026 BETA 350RX within a 4 hour drive. I’ve been wanting a second bike and it be a 2-stroke. I don’t have a good handle on the bike yet as Mother Nature keeps raining on all scheduled open rides. So, I’ll just race the local Pro-Am this weekend and report back on how bad I got my ass kicked. 😂 I did the suspension through Race-Tech, full FMF exhaust, carb rejet, and a Rekluse clutch. 🤘

LOL. I retired last year from full time racing. Might be why I was a “non-factor in SX” haha. I raced the last 3 races just for fun since I’ve been riding a bunch testing for Kawasaki. Wild how people can have such a strong opinion on something yet be SO uninformed. But yeah…

Saturday it was time to put a new pipe on my 2011 YZ125... A hard 35 minute moto at the sand track makes a pipe look great.

This is Charlie Dunaway high point 1997 amateur racing or pro practice I can’t remember. Only 3 guys hit this jump until the dozer came out and changed the face… I was somewhere by that fence with my jaw on the ground. He said it was 4th gear pinned on a 250 😮

Old man here- 56yrs young To the keyboard warriors who opine that it’s not a full Moto bike, well you’re flat out wrong. This thing is BadAss- Great power, rolls on smooth, fantastic mid, and does have nice top too. Super easy to ride and feels substantially lighter than a 450. Turns great but is a little sensitive to sag.. (still playing with that) Overall impression: Exceeded my expectations! Keep in mind it’s my first day on it- Got 3 solid motos in.

Perhaps “guess” was the wrong wording. While I’m no dyno expert, I have spent multiple hours on one, with multiple vehicles. It was nowhere near an hour and a half to get up and running and make multiple consistent pulls. Evaluating the feasibility of processes/designs/testing/etc. via professional thought experiment is one of the primary jobs of an engineer. It's what we do, on a daily basis, over and over again. There is often use in physically testing ideas, proof of concept, etc., to aid in that thought experiment when the scenario is complex. A drag race is not one of...

his entire set up looks so good. the sinisalo mendid gear especially. mc's mazda yz250 was my dream bike growing up until reed/dv factory yzs came along. very cool to see him getting better every weekend. im going to say he puts it into a few mains this year. STAMP IT

2025 Husq 300TC.My first new bike. I haven't rode in 15 years but when I did it was all 2 stroke 250, 380 or 500. $9799 is MSRP. I got it for $9329 otd, no tax.2.9% financing for 60 months. I did up for the 2 year warranty which was $850. We spoke with the warranty VP and he was fine with me doing the top end rebuilds as long as I use KTM parts, have receipts, take pic and do them reasonably close to the service manual recommendations. I'm gonna gear it apart and grease up all the bearings...
