Have you tried screaming at him? A lot of mini dads in my area do it, seems to work. In all seriousness though, seat time with a purpose and fundamentals. Just simple stuff like looking where you wanna go, toes in, attack position, etc. you can help him get good technique and the speed should come. Also when I started riding 2-3 times a week my riding took a big step forward.

Another thing - I think emtbs are eating away at the moto market. They are fun as hell and way easier to mobilize, affordable to operate, and drumroll…..you can ride them damn near anywhere… I myself has become addicted and lately I have picked my emtb over the DB for those stated reasons.

I think a lot of the Covid bubble peeps learned real quick they had to be able to fix and maintain said SXSs and dirt bikes and it wasn’t cheap or easy. You can still moto on a budget if you accept that older bikes can still be fun. I never judge anyone trying to keep dream alive.

If they do not upgrade what would be the point of them racing anyway with all the other teams improving. Even talents like Acosta and Binder accomplished little last season. What a waste.

^^ ok thanks so basically the dealer will have to pay the flooring co msrp or whatever and then get reimbursed by the OEM for incentives after the sale.👍🏼

Can someone please explain how the transaction works between the OEM and the dealers. When the OEM is paid, how incentive from the OEMs are paid , etc… I am genuinely curious about this piece.

Unfortunately the newer gen’s care more about flipping through their phones than feeling the freedom of the open road or woods. Hell fewer even want to drive a car these days let alone risk their lives ( product of over protective parents that keep saying “it’s different now”). - Rec motorcycles have peaked.
