Let's hope that their racing consolidations heading into 2025, along with growing consumer sentiment post-U.S.-election help to right size their cash flow to go racing. It's been really exciting to see the growth and expansions of OEMs and teams over the past dozen years, would be a real shame to see things go backwards.

Unless the track was on inherited land or In a flood plane - I don’t see they could possibly pencil out.

Not too many fatalities going down at skateparks and people don’t sue for broken wrists. It’s all about catastrophic exposure . Workman’s Comp in heavy industries would make your jaw drop.

I see a world where track design will be governed by ins co’s. Tables and Turns. Limit takeoff angles to mellow everything out. Basically VET only. Hope I’m wrong. Hell you can’t have a diving board or slide for your pool anymore - it’s happening to everyone in every faction of our lives. They know exactly what they are doing...

Darkside texted Deegan yesterday and talked about it on his podcast last night. Said that he also reached out to Anderson and someone from Lawrence camp. Deegan confirmed the story. Anderson said he had no idea but posted something for fun basically. No answer from Lawrence side. He also said ML reached out to Adam Bailey for comment from ausx side. The vital crew is trying!!!

Yes there will be plenty of noise. You won’t be able to hear anything because of the 100+ generators running full time charging all the bikes up.

My point is we used to buy new 2 strokes in the 90s for around 5k and sell them a couple of years later for 4K now we are buying 10-12k bikes and selling them for 5-6 because the market perceives them as risky at say 75hrs. I put 60-70/yr on my bikes and they are still damn near perfect...

You do know all Japanese make high performance outboards that last 1000s of hours right? Yes a MX bike is ultra-high performance but a screaming outboard at 5000 rpm in a very abusive salt water environment isn’t an easy life. this whole dump a $10K bike before 50-100 hrs is odd to me or could it just be a product...

Kinda funny - my kid actually raced a Mini-E in a hare scramble series.
