I watch a shit ton of 89-95 125 gp,s. 89 the Ktm was a rocket & Americans raced them. A 90 race a 125 had a more wicked topend sound than a newer carb Ktm. 12to 15 k rpm crazy sound. Crazy trophy chics 95 French raced Tottelli,s 1st win.

That's the point, it's not just another race on the calendar. You can't compare it to the series arrangements as it's not a part of either series. The teams exist to represent in the US or GP series and it is those titles for which they are investing a lot of dollars, not the MXdN. If a team wants to commit its rider to go to promote the team and the brand it can provide for that compensation in the rider's contract contingent on the rider being selected (fat chance getting that from Kawi). Or the rider can demand it...

Thats an MXA test bike, getting delivered from recent engine work performed by Varner….think he was wearing Eks brand goggles until the gas pump broke the lens….if he only had 1 more tooth on the rear sprocket….would have made a clean get away…..how am I doing?

Short update on the New Beta. Now around 7-8 Hours on it and it runs very good. No really concern except loose Spokes and flat rear Tire , but I think they use the cheapest tubes the can get. Upgraded it with a Full FMF Exhaust , not that i need more power but nothing Sounds better than an Old Style Powercore2 with a Fatty Pipe . The FMF pulls the gears a Little longer from mid to top but lost a little down low . Today i rode the Beta back to back with my Old 360 KTM, Engines...

To my, admittedly untrained, eye, it seems like the Lawrences, Roczen, Prado, and the other guys who ride/rode MXGP favor a heavily damped setup, while most Americans prefer heavily sprung setups. What I mean by that is the euro way may be stiffer primarily on compression damping, but use a softer spring rate. While the US way is stiffer in spring rate with lighter compression damping to try and regain some comfort for outdoor tracks. So they're both comparatively "stiff" but in different ways. Problem with the US way is you need to run a heavier rebound setting as well...

As others have said, Zach has always had a unique style! Scrunched/hunched over, etc, not as stylish or flashy as others... But he has what most others do not.... that dawg in him. The deep burn to make it happen when others can not. And few things look more stylish hanging on the wall than a AMA 450 Outdoor championship trophy! Pairing that with a MXGP round win trophy is rare air too.

Oh yeah a freak crash. Deep dry sand on the base its iron peaks & holes. 1st gear carve only corner without ruts on exit 2 quick clicks to 3rd . Other laps 7 mph then get a little acceleration then more & more wo.
