It's an apples to oranges comparison. Pulp is current events, Gypsy is personality studies. The real overlap is between Gypsy Tales and Whiskey Throttle, although Ping tends to focus more on history. My only gripe with Gypsy is that sometimes he just goes on way too long setting up a question. But that probably also helps the interviewees relax and have time to think about how they want to respond, which results in a better answer than if they were going more rapid fire like a traditional interview.

Pulp all day, but Gypsy’s guest lineup has been VERY impressive, he is obviously well liked in the moto community.. If he talked less and fuck yeah bro’d a lot less he would be the leading podcast IMO

Just wanted to share my excitement with some like minded guys and girls. 21 years since I last owned a new one. Have spent years on used bikes mostly dealing with other peoples problems. First Austrian 4 stroke, promised myself I’d buy a brand new one when I was 40. Can’t wait to spin some laps on this, hopefully this week! Anyone that owns one any tips appreciated. Ride on!

With Loretta Lynn's coming up quick, I headed down to our local dealership and picked up a new 450 today. My son will be racing in 450B and Collegeboy. Hope I'm wrong and it's not that I don't like the kid I just like seeing guys battle. I'm afraid we've reached an RC, Stew, or Jeremy-type rider in Jett, and unless he's injured he's going to win everything.

Saturday I rode a MX race for the first time in years. I only rode this particular track once about 15 years ago on my 300. I didn't remember much about the track other than it had a concrete starting pad. My Varg is set up for woods riding. When I got to the track it was all deep sand except for the jumps and whoops. As a person who grew up in Australia the Same age as AC… I watched and idolised and tried to replicate AC9 since 50’s from across the pond… a true generational talent that every fan of the sport loved and always will. Crazy to believe it’s happening even tho we all seen it coming. But I just hope he stays within the sport and we see the very best of AC off the track. Unfortunately it's the sport we chose. Golf and NASCAR has bigger fan bases, bigger sponsors, and easier spectating. You can't just pull money out of your ass and pay a 20th place pro $60,000. I don't see SX/MX ever getting to that level of sponsorship without huge changes, changes that would take away a lot of the aspects that make dirt bike racing, dirt bike racing.

I've said this in other threads, but IMO Kawasaki is just laying down and taking the bullets here for ET and AC. Tomac after the Red Bud debacle wants nothing to do with MXoN, plus he really needs to nail down a SX title as his window is closing. AC is moving up to the big bike, and I'm sure he's much more wanting to get time on it and get ready for A1.
