He was going to get Chase for sure. Considering he gets better at the end of the mains, maybe he wins. Next race will be must see TV. Kenny, Hunter, and Eli all looking to bring it. Kenny has to chip away at those points. Eli has to right the ship and at least start to look like himself again. Hunter has to shake off that disaster from Saturday and get back to being Dungey 2.0

Yeah I made a similar comment about Chase. He doesn't always capitalize when Jett is out injured. Two sx titles up for grabs Chase could have won. Hunter needs to get this. As much as I'd like to see Kenny or Eli win this, I dont see Hunter being beat. He checks too many of the boxes. If he's not the fastest, he's close. His starts are great, he's consistent. He's tough. Hunter will get it done IMO

Hunter has absolutely been crushing it this season... but all you older guys know... nobody makes it through an sx season without at least one bad race... glad to see he's not seriously hurt and hoping he keeps pushing it to the end... making for a seriously interesting season...

Unfortunately I've been waiting for this to happen, he's looked sketchy in the whoops at multiple races this year.

Being reminded that's hes still just a kid makes it even more perplexing how good he is on a bike. Is it just straight up natural talent? Where does the immaculate technique come from? Because he had it before Johnny O. From what I understand he doesn't think too much about riding etc. He just does it. It makes sense why Hunter is a better tester. Hunter is the thinker and Jett just does. Strange.

The elephant in the room is that every motorsports governing body in the world has been bad mouthed, is currently badmouthed and I would venture to say will always be badmouthed. The world is what it is, not what we want it to be… Given this vetted data, I have always wondered why any would want to consider being part of a governing body unless you are penny-less.

Speaking of 30yr old bikes... I decided not to wait any longer on Kawasaki. Maybe when Team Green gets their poop in a group I will pick up a new one to park next to the old one I got yesterday. And just for nostalgia, my very first MX race at 17 in the spring of 1992 on, yup, a new KDX 250. The homemade front plate to swap for the headlight shell because even then, those things were expensive when they broke!

TBF - bikes 30 years ago have more in common with what we are riding today then they did with bikes 10 years prior to them....90's tech (30 years ago) is basically what you see on modern YZ250's, outside the alum frame, which isn't really better or worse. The 80's tech (40 years ago) is quite a bit different and many factory's were still experimenting with sus setup and geometry.

As an Aussie myself I'm with you man. I don't mind Jase and I like the pod but this was a stark reminder that Jett is still a kid. I couldn't get through it. He's not the best at expressing himself that's for sure.

I like Jase but that one got a bit painfull at times. Too many 'bros'. I was surprised how immature Jett was, but then realised he is only 22! He's still a fucking baby. Our apprentices at work are around that age and its like having literal kids on the work site and they seem to speak a different language. So I give him a bit of lee way. Still seems like a nice dude, just gotta tone down the 'flexing' a bit. It got hard to listen to as an Australian. Anyway everyone watch out, coz Deegz is coming...

I think the best Lawrence interview I've heard was when Dazzy and the boys were on Whiskey Throttle back in the 250 days. They have such a great story. I'm a big Jett fan from his riding to personality, but that was meh.
