I dont think it's fair to expect a pro racer to be polished in the tv booth. They are there to provide color commentary, coming from someone who has lived it. I think it's great. Austin raced a lot at our local tracks as an amateur. I remember seeing him and thinking "no one can ride a motorcycle faster." (Especially one time I mistakenly persuaded my son, who was in his first year on a 125 to enter a local "125 C two stroke class." Needless to say he was quickly lapped by Forkner and some guy I hadn't heard of at the time, Chase Sexton). Just another proof point on how difficult it is to reach (and succeed) the highest levels in pro motocross/supercross. I hope he has a bright and happy future.

Hunta is still improving, amazing as that sounds. But, he's still his own worst enemy with that tip over on the last lap of moto 1 handing the win to Jett. He blew the SX title with unforced errors. Minimize the unforced errors and he can win every race, just believe it Hunta. ☝️

Last month I was at a local practice track in nh. Some dude on a yz450f was quadding things on the track I’ve never seen anyone quad before. Turns out it was Jimmy Decotis.
