6/30/2023 6:49pm For those guys that ride all the time and rarely update their bikes, 250cc or 300cc 2-strokes are great. By the time you blow your 4-stroke for the second time, likely you'll be questioning weather you want to keep banging your head against the wall while draining your wallet and missing out on ride time. Sure, you can get to be more proficient at the process, but there is no getting away from the time and expense and headache. For hard enduro, the 2-strokes run cooler. In really soft dirt/mud, they are hands down better at corner entry where you're...

6/30/2023 6:47pm I like the forced aggression to stay in the meat of the power and the ability to pop up and over stuff with a quick flick of the ankles. They’re not cool because they’re easy to ride, they’re cool because they require aggression and commitment. Not everyone can do it and out of those who can, not all of them enjoy it. It’s all for fun anyway, just ride what you enjoy!

6/25/2023 4:49pm Saturday wasn’t much of a break. Worked from 5A-6P thanks to the constant rain in CO. Anyone near the Arkansas had a really shitty week.

6/25/2023 11:37am He started out as a 6 foot tall sentient penis with a pair of googly eyes on it, then he got real into clickbait moto videos and made-up gossip, while staying true to his roots as a penis.

Perky Started a new thread Machining a Rear Link
6/25/2023 11:34am I picked up a very neglected '05 RM125 with the intent of bringing it back to it's former glory and racing it occasionally in the local series. I'm 99% finished with it but in an attempt to replace the very shot bearings in the "rear cushion" or lower link I've used heat, a dremel and a 6 ton press to...

FreshTopEnd Liked a reply to forum topic The best thing about Jett Lawrence hitting the scene
6/25/2023 11:00am They're not perfecting it, they are executing it, Jett at the highest level. Just as Everts was executing it at a higher level and Bailey was executing it at a higher level, and Torsten Hallman was executing at a high level, during their eras. This distinction between riding styles always has existed and was some riders' style just as much in the 60s and 70s as it is now. The performance capacity of bikes today allows it to play out differently and impressively, as impressively for Tomac's style as for Jett's and Chase's. That's been true anytime bike development permitted...

6/25/2023 10:55am They promote themselves as the premier SX series the world has to offer, when it clearly is not. I do like the extra racing but understand your place and promote yourself as such. That’s my biggest gripe. Also not a fan of the series overlapping the outdoor nationals making the field more depleted.
