11/25/2020 7:46pm Yea he's just been real busy for the last 15 months. He had some health issues going on two years ago. That doesn't excuse taking money and not providing the product or the return and refunds. Thats called stealing.

11/22/2020 5:32pm I have a Procircuit stainless system, Tokyo Mods re-map and a Notoil fast flow filter. It pulls sooner, picked up power across the spread and more over-rev. Its rubber mounted. 65 hours and no broken sub-frame.

When you can't be competitive enough, blame taxes and ask the government for help then say you love your country and the government is bad. California is the 5th largest economy in the world, but they will rather hear complacent lies and idiotic narratives. It's an irony how CA has so many leeches inside and so many critics in the US but still manages to be the most covered state in the world. Ffs moto companies and so many others can leave, CA doesn't care. They're busy enough with other industries as tech, food, entertainment, transportation, military, ports, tourism you...

You're free to share your own data / link. I'm a business owner also, in California, and doing just fine. You know when companies 'flee' California it's also because the states they are going to offer up massive tax breaks and incentives right? (ie: free money / handouts). Corporations don't give a rats ass about you or the community. They care about bottom line profit and free money / tax breaks = CHACHING! Funny how everyone is a fucking patriot until they are asked to contribute to their country. How do the police and fire departments get paid? BY TAXES...

I think this is the exact situation, but I doubt we will ever know for sure. Unfortunately Baggett has a history of injury and consistency issues in the 450 class. Also the market for riders has changed. The market is flooded. I bet the 19 and 17 are getting a lot less base money and are heavily incentive based.

I know nothing of the situation, but does anything think the team offered him a lesser salary due to COVID and no fans and BB did not accept/agree to the lower salary?

I wear a Shoei evo helmet because its a good helmet. I never bothered to check which pro wears them. The same for my Sidi boots. 11/18/2020 10:58am Interestingly enough while we're discussing this topic, Yamaha announced this morning that they are discontinuing the YZF-R6, WR250R, VMAX AND SMAX after 2020.
I've been involved with some lawsuits as an expert witness. I've seen defendants that clearly know they're in the wrong and know they are going to lose continue until the last minute. Their thinking is why pay until we absolutely have to. The plaintiff might die, or run out of money to continue or just give up and go away...
