That’s my understanding from what I have read in this thread.

If these teams didn’t tap into PPP money they are ignorant, if they did tap into PPP money and are stiffing rides, well they will lose the court battle. (PPP money was available for subcontractors.)

Wow. Thank you. Finally a explanation. Is that to much to ask for.

I think it’s unacceptable for teams and riders to withhold information like this from the fans. It is what it is but this industry just pushes everything under the carpet leaving the fans in the dark.

I think Baggett is done racing. If he felt he still had some more years in him, he would have worked out these (likely Covid-related) pay issues, just like every other rider appears to have done. JMHO

At the end of this the day. Everyone on this form regardless of their opinion or the nonsense comments are the true supporters of the sport and are the ones buying the products and fueling the business end of the industry.

It’s great to see the passion everyone has.

I do feel like there is some serious lawyer stuff going on behind the scenes preventing both parties from talking but if that’s the case Rocky Mountain needs to step up and say that. Until then all we can do is speculate and start rumors .....they can’t blame us

Well those vitards goofed by not signing their post "esquire"....

Anyhow, depending on how much they cut his salary (I know we'll never find that out), seems pretty petty for Blake to balk when he's missed a ton of races due to injury each year...would think it would've had to be more personal than a slight pay cut during covid to get him to walk away from his contract?
