Again, correct. But they have the ability to pursue the additional channels that a manufacturer offers for “good will service” rather than full warranty claim. This channel is how Triumph has replaced engines for end users, as well as took care of the issue that I had after 1 year of ownership on my 250. The manufacturer seems to auto deny the warranty if it’s outside of the states scope of warranty, which is 30 days of ownership. Correct, but there’s a difference between a dealer outright denying warranty or good faith service, and saying “listen they’re working on a fix. They will absolutely take care of you when they have the solution, but it’s not available yet.” There’s multiple examples of Triumph providing entire new engines for 450 buyers as a result of issues related to this new TSB, even when they didn’t have a solution yet.

Ask those of us who own a 24/25 Kawasaki ZX6R how that’s going.. we’re in the same boat unfortunately.

Seems not too long ago when Beta was gaining popularity here in the states they were having crank bearing issues. If I remember right Beta was pretty quick to cover the cost to the dealers to replace them. If it is a manufacturer issue then Triumph needs to step up.

I wonder if someone is trying to kill the Seattle round attendance and get SX moved to another city. As a Washington resident I looked forward to going in person to another supercross in person….until I saw the date. I’d rather fly to a different race/city on a different weekend than sit exposed to the Seattle elements in February.
