Just raced the amateur classic there this past weekend. That track is so gnarly, like chocolate cake on steroids in the morning. Then at the end of the day it’s like a warzone. What's the name of the technique when you shift up and leave your foot under the shifter (with the lever still all the way up) and use the shifter as leverage?? I've tried it but it's really hard to get used to (on the last shift of the start)..
