7/19/2026 9:20pm Great ride for Benny and Beta yesterday. Getting inside the top 10 is a huge achievement and I'm sure the team is proud.

7/5/2026 10:11pm I dont think it's fair to expect a pro racer to be polished in the tv booth. They are there to provide color commentary, coming from someone who has lived it. I think it's great. He's not perfect but he does the job just fine. And coming from someone of his status is cool. I know some ppl also don't like RC but I think he's fine too. Jeff did a good job, also. I'd much rather hear things through the eyes of a legend of the sport than some non-moto person with perfect grammar, that NBC picked. The play...

7/4/2026 7:48am The bigger ones I'd like to see compared with the 350 four strokes as well, believe it or not. Much like the 250's, in many amateur and vet classes plus just bikes for practice and play, they're being cross-shopped by the same riders.

7/2/2026 11:01pm Damn that is amazing, you must be working really hard! Keep up the good work and I bet you will keep dropping the weight. I know when I was dealing with stressful situations my weight loss stopped and I put on about 10 pounds before I got back into the groove again.

7/2/2026 10:57pm Currently at 224, down 88 pounds since January 1 and 180 days alcohol free. I am struggling right now, the last 3 weeks have shown almost 0 weight loss. I have been weight training 3-4 days a week, I look great and feel good but I have noticed that belly fat is not decreasing. I am going to tighten things up for the month of July and see how it goes. I am currently 12 pounds away from my ultimate goal. Overall, Im not upset about the big picture, slightly frustrated at the moment but I also knew this would...

7/2/2026 8:52am Let’s keep it going and hear about some more success! I am down 30 pounds since December 2023 when my wife bought me a smart watch. Which led to me tracking some workouts on a rowing machine and cutting out alcohol and sugar along with better eating.

6/24/2026 10:35am I had good luck with hot rods cranks on rm125. Wiseco did have problems very early on, that was 15 years ago. They couldn't be selling them if there were still issues. Ive just done two sx125 rebuilds, it was cheaper to get wossner complete crank vs a rod kit and rebuild. So far, so good

6/23/2026 7:30pm Late 2005 or early 2006 at Bookoo Arenacross I think it was Long Beach amateur day we were lined up in the parking lot waiting for our moto’s to start and Jeff Ward was standing there in line nearby with I assume his kid that was going to race a 85 or maybe 65. I didn’t want to bother him...

6/23/2026 5:51am I can believe that. The testers don’t know what they want either. Yamaha 450s need 1000s spent to mellow them out Kawi 450s too slow need 1000s spent to spice them up Ktms the best becuase they’re light Ktm gains weight, now they feel super planted more weight is better Gets on any other brand , this brand needs to lose weight (same as Ktm now weighs) It’s all a fucking joke.

6/21/2026 6:33am Been around this sport for 50+ years and watching the podium today with obnoxious chainsaws and air horns in the background when riders are giving interviews was an all time low for me. AMA/MX Sports seriously to ban them. Anybody that watches this who is not a hardcore fan, must think this is some kind of hillbilly sport and probably will not watch it again.

6/21/2026 6:06am I’m all for the chainsaws at the MXdN. At an AMA Pro National, not so much. I don’t know what’s more annoying, the air horns and chainsaws during a podium interview or the constant screaming of “Red Bud” by the alcoholics at every RedBud race.

6/16/2026 6:03pm Does anybody keep track of VO2 max on their watch/phone as they are getting in shape? I know the measurement is not as accurate as a real test but I figure it is better than nothing, and seeing the increases over time is great feedback and motivating, even if the pounds are not always dropping as fast as they once...
