You could make an argument that this belongs in Old School Moto and the mods can move it if they want but this takes me back to when I became addicted to MX.. I hope it does the same for some of you.

I really liked it it. Nice job on the song. If you were there for any of that (I was at Carlsbad in 79/80). DeCoster, Lackey and of course Magoo were my hero's during that time period. Beautiful time the 70s and 80s.

I have said it before. I don't think Roger DeCoster gets the credit he is due. I'm old enough to have been around dirt bikes since 1965. Watched his whole career. Nobody has given more to the sport than Roger. He is "The Man" and deserves that title.
He is one of only 4 signatures I cherish. The other 3 are Hallman, Robert and Lackey.
I'm not much of a country fan but that song is pretty good.
I thought so too. IMO nothing will beat those early years
