can't go wrong with Specialized. Lifetime guarantee on the bike and most components. Tons of tunability of the motor and battery use, etc. using supplied MasterMind app. I haven't even scratched the surface yet on that- set up direct from factory is really good. Fox Genie suspension is tunable with lots of settings for compression, rebound, etc. I did swap seat for comfort and added 80mm riser handlebars with new fatter soft/tacky grips like I use on all my moto bikes from VMX to Beta.

I suspect a big part of it is recognizing and being able to communicate what a bike is doing to the suspension and engine techs to get the bike to do what they want it to. Not all riders are good at that.

Monster Mt and SWAN are definitely worthy. I get Monster doesn’t have the parking but have always been puzzled by SWAN an no real reason, that I’ve heard, has ever been given. Big rigs in the pecan trees, vendor row/food trucks along the road of the track and spectator parking in the pasture across the street similar to Pro Challenges in the past. Track in 10x better than Pala and would get rough as shit with the big boys hammering it as it already does on Pro Challenges weekend. Also, Glen Helen!

Where is this coming from? Moto Nineties? I don't doubt that MC doesn't like Fro still, but I also don't doubt that there's been some extra sauce put on it for marketing recently. Are Hannah and Howerton hanging out these days? Anyway, the handful of times I've ran into MC he's been awesome. Always takes time to talk shop. I'm sure Fro is the same way. I will say, talking with Skip Norfolk at his now closed brewery (RIP) takes the cake though. I'd take that again over any conversation with a current or former pro rider.

Not true, if it is the lunate bone its even worse...mine are dead in both wrists (kienbock disease) and it is not a joke. Bloodflow is limited and every injury to this area takes a very long time to heal
