Expect to put a top end, and full clutch (basket, pressure plate, hub and plates/springs). That's really only the weak point of these bikes.

Mark D. Kvamme (MDK). Great guy. Venture Cap who cut off a losing proposition. Donated an RM-Z450 to our OTHG raffle one year. The club donated a buttload of $$ from the raffle sales to RiderDown.

I couldn't find it in a search, so here goes. Does anyone know the anodize dye color code for the yellow Suzuki rims? Also, for the forks that the Factory team uses? They look more fluorescent than the rims, but I might be wrong. Thanks!

Yep! Thats the look (the Showa one) I am inquiring about. I'm sure the internals are Kashima, but suspect the outside is type 2 anodize. You can get the new OEM parts hard anodized to help them wear longer than the originals. Put all new OEM plates and springs in. You might try mixing 3 heavy duty springs as...
For your tank bolts, try a cordless impact. That has worked for me in the past. Just a quick hit, dont let it spin wildly. If that doesn't work, you will have to cut the shroud off the bolt to relieve the tension on the bolt. Then it should come out. At least then you could hit it with some...

Even with a stock setup, mix 1 gallon of race gas with 2 gallons of 93 pump. These bikes detonate like crazy right from the factory. And, check your timing with a dial gauge. Dont trust the factory marks on the stator.

Call Ross at Enzo and talk to him about options. A while back, he was working on. WP to SSS conversion I think.
