1/22/2026 6:46pm Of all the YZ 250's I owned, I tried all the pipes. Best combo I found was the DEP pipe with PC silencer (non-shorty). The HGS pipe was very close to the DEP, but not quite as much overrev.

If you're a top end revver then PC is the go to, but DEP is the best pipe I've tried to date on the YZ250. FMF if you're a bush basher. It's not often a pipe developed for an elite rider will fit the needs of the average Joe.

Back in the day, the Factory Box Van Days, both Bell & Glover tested there for a few days prior to Southwick on our 500’s. Jon R. & I were amazed. Jon R. was there before & it was my 1st time to the Storied Track. Aside from Tracks in Florida back in the day & Southwick of that era as well, Sandy Oaks rivaled even the Best Europe had to offer. Old guy here, to me the looks are bland and polarizing- moto equivalent of the Cybertruck. Newest and greatest technology isn't always best. I'll ride my 2-smokers until I can no longer ride safely and die with a smile on my face. Let the downvotes begin!

I can’t figure out where they’re selling all of them. I race most weekends in vet classes all summer long, and I’ve never once lined up against one of these. There was a fast guy with one at a practice day I went to earlier this summer, and I felt bad because I held him up for a lap because I didn’t know he was there. I bet it would be scary to race one because the other riders on the track don’t know you’re there. They really need their own classes.

You have no clue what his agreement with PC is or when exactly his contract expires. Mitch could have told him to keep riding until he has new bikes for all we know. It's also very clear you've never met the family.

Reading the comments above, it sounds like the crates are at his house but the deadline hasn't yet passed to send them back. So maybe he isn't doing anything wrong or out of contract. Everyone complains he has no supercross skill and here he is building supercross tracks and training while others are in off season. So what exactly is the issue?
