Super impressed with his speed and humbleness. Here I am thinking I need the perfect pit setup and bike to have a successful local amateur race and he literally races the nationals out of a truck, no pressure washer, and a not perfect bike and rips! Shady shit… I’ve owned Yamahas 5 to 1 over any other brand. It’s pretty clear there will never be another Yamaha in my garage.

8/13/2022 5:42am Haiden had a cheater bike when he was on 50s and was DQd. It wasn’t his fault of course. Just like this time wasn’t his fault. It’s the adults surrounding him and it his dad’s responsibility to make sure his son plays by the rules. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Until now I assumed the motor was legal. Now I have to wonder. Why was Brian concerned about being defamed? Why so concerned about an engine builder seeing the engine? How could claiming the bike defame the Deegans more than their behavior has unless the bike was found to be illegal? The intimidation by both Brian and Haden will forever take them down in my eyes. Yamaha's behavior was reprehensible. Makes me embarrassed to ride blue. I hope they come clean, some heads roll and they make it right.

Small rant - Everyone in am’s dreams of being RC, but refuse to live by his bike set up rule….if it’s close, leave it alone and it’s up to the rider to take care of the rest. All these guys “finding something” after riding well for a moto only to shit the bed because “they went the wrong direction” is becoming by far the biggest BS this sport has seen in a while. You wanna tinker back and fourth a bit? By all means, as long as you have an “ol reliable” you can fall back on…being so lost in...

FYI, you technically can't get fired if you never had a contract/written agreement in the last 5 years. I haven't heard from him in weeks. Didn't even know he started riding again, found out on IG. I didn't reach out either though. Kinda awkward deal but it seems like he's gonna go another direction. I'm sure I/we will eventually find out sooner or later...

My buddy collects old moto memorabilia and saw an ad for vintage mx gear, magazines and posters with a few parts available for Honda CR's on craigslist yard sales. He stopped by and while snooping in the garage saw a bike covered in a tarp and asked the seller what it was and if he could take a look.
