8/7/2025 7:49am This is advice from a guy who has a lot regret raising kids. Put your hobbies on hold and enjoy the stuff they want to do. Raising kids is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and they grow up fast. I spent a lot of time making money and chasing status in my chosen hobby. I was ferociously competitive in work, and my hobby and it was all about me. I always thought I made the money and paid the bills, so I should be able to do what I wanted, I was extremely selfish and my family paid the...

8/7/2025 7:48am No, it went away after I was back in shape. My elbow developed tendinitis, not sure if that’s from the injury, but that does hurt some times, but not while riding.

8/6/2025 4:41pm I shattered the ball of my shoulder off my humerus. Part of the bone that broke was where the rotator cuff attaches too. I had a plate, and a bunch of screws put in, to re-align the shoulder ball and had my rotator cuff pinned to the plate. 1 Day after a 5-hour surgery I was at the PT office, arm out of the sling and started on PT. Took about 2 months for my rotator cuff to start to work again. It was such a weird feeling not being able to rotate my arm in our out. But one...

8/6/2025 6:54am People don't tell you how bad this break hurts. Worst recovery I've ever had. It's a huge bone that takes a long time to heal properly and your arm goes to shit while it's healing. Worry less about getting on the bike and more about building back your muscle. Your arm will atrophy so much in 4 months that you'll need 2 to 3+ months to workout off the bike before even trying to do real riding. When you do get to lift again, do the one thing they say not to in moto, curls. Also, lots of rows. You...

Chain ChaTTer Added a reply to Any other Aussies confused with the Lawrence’s at Washougal?
7/19/2025 10:26pm From Southern Queensland!? 😆 Washougal nothing like where they were born or where they live currently. Fast as hell hard pack clay...when it's wet on top it's ice...no matter the season...Shadows for days..Wasn't ripped to shit like usual today. Jett knows the 'ice' feeling ...you can see it...they all do. Sketchy first laps for all trying to push and but...

7/19/2025 9:51pm He rode the bike in order to sign with the team correct? When he was here on the GasGas ...he got off it for a day or 2 ,rode the green bike and said 'yep-that works'...then got back on the GasGas. This whole thing amazes me. Yes-the mxgp tracks are gnarly. TONS of greats have ridden the wheels off that...

7/12/2025 10:11pm If the 'beast' is broken, wtf is the 4 x mxgp champion? Side note* The moto Jett placed second this year,he acknowledged he didn't have it for Tomac that day. Eli is infact still very much a beast.

7/11/2025 10:50pm Villapoto's last race...championship...they give him the new truck in the middle of the track.....The guy is fucking smoked ...done with it...depleted and over it.
