Pet insurance is just the corporations H.R. departments trying to keep up with one another to "attract the best talent" instead of paying people a decent salary. In my opinion, $120k for this role is not acceptable especially in California. I would imagine high stress and a lot of travel with long hours. Our engineers are making 120k+ and they don't supervise anyone. I'd put this in the $160-180K range being a supervisor role. I used to think making $100k was a big deal, but then I found out every Tom Dick and Harry makes $130-$150K in my old industry...
