Jace during the broadcast stated that he stepped away from racing to "make violins". This is absolutely a legit artisan profession, especially in Italy where he says he is based from. FYI: A luthier is a skilled crafts person who builds and repairs stringed instruments, particularly guitars, violins, cellos, and other members of the violin and guitar families. The term comes from the French word "luth," meaning lute, reflecting the profession's deep historical roots in European instrument-making traditions. These artisans combine woodworking expertise, acoustic knowledge, and artistic sensibility to create instruments that produce beautiful, resonant sound and are works of...

It’s not crazy. Fees are like $1700 for two classes with pit pass and stuff. Not bad for being there 12 days. My kids love going every year The cost that’s expensive is all the racing/training to be on the level to compete there. My kid did make $500 from flo racing this year atleast lol

Facility fee is like $880 with the CC Fee. That includes your camping & wrist band. Gets you in for Sunday to Saturday. $75 per day for early arrival. Most people show up 3-7 days ahead of time. $250 per class. $200 per pit vehicle & $200 for extra vehicle. WiFi $100 per device for the week. Just get a starlink.

I think what some North Americans might be missing in the appeal of WSX is that it's a unique opportunity for lots of fans around the world to see some of the best riders. It might not be the very top level but the attraction is that these guys don't travel much. In this respect Canada is definitely not the most exotic location but over in Latin America, Europe, South Africa (or bike crazy countries like Indonesia!) it's a huge appeal to be able to watch a few top10-top15 AMA riders. Sure it's not "the real thing" but the real...

Did Stark win everything ? No. Were they clearly competitive? Yes. I'd say the FIM equivalence rules are about right. Stark has some apparent advantages (start) and disadvantages (whoops). Big deal. Quit whining and race.

Can't believe people are actually arguing that the difference between a factory 250 and a privateer 250 is effectively the same as the difference between an electric and an ICE bike.......

100%. They don't penalize Star Yamaha 250's for being the best or Jett and Hunter for clearly having a start advantage....because they did the work, research, and got it right. Imagine if the AMA required those guys to run a restrictive endcap so it was "equal".

I enjoyed it. DB, Gypsy and Kristan did a great job. One observation. The camera angles. It was lower in a lot of sections and looked DOWN A LANE, not from the side. What this did was made the riders look much closer together because you might have 5 guys in one shot rather then 1 or 2. Nice to see Ju Hill on point, Webb putting on fresh goggles for the post race interview cracked me up

IDK about future developments, but why did dirt bike "Development" stagnate or stop, for all intents and purposes, in the late 90's-early 2000's??? You can't competitively race a 60's dirt bike against a 70's dirt bike. You can't competitively race a 70's dirt bike against an 80's dirt bike. You can't competitively race an 80's dirt bike against a 90's dirt bike.... "Development" used to leap frog forward in a way that made the previous generation's technology completely obsolete within a decade. That stopped. Now we get tiny incremental improvements,, but no true "game changing" Development that really matters in a...

I would love to see a 35 plus ex pro class someday. The same people that complain they winnin the vet classes say nothing about kids already signed to factory deals winning the B classes.

Im fine to see X- pros racing in selected classes. Its great for the sport. Kids in these classes can see where they stack up. The fans love it and it is a good throw back to the sport. Coming back to where it all started. If certain families or riders complain, well, the pro ranks are much harder. Just need to be faster. A few years back I was able to play hockey against a team of retired NHL players. Pretty humbling. They played with half the energy as the guys on my team but had such a great...

He said it multiple times during the moto 60 show this summer and to be fair, with Cairolis results and the shallow depth in the current 450 class, I think that he could do OK. I have always loved Zach’s view on racing. When he lived in Norway with Gundersen they showed up and raced a local race here in Sweden on an off weekend and not to talk about his ISDE racing and always raising his hand for MxDN. I’ve got a soft spot for those types of riders that will race anything just for the love of riding...
