What happened to Sacha Coenan in 250 Moto 1? The way he qualified ahead of everybody besides Davies made me think he'd come out swinging.

He did a Sacha. Got a bit too DGAF, crashed twice, maybe even 3 times early in the race. Had lap time on par with the top 3 on some laps while outside the top 20. If he gets a start and stays up next moto, he'll be in the podium fight

Made contact with Cochran coming out of a rut and fell. Then i think he just got off balance coming down the hill and fell again.

I think he went down 3 times. Twice picking himself up on camera and then once more off camera when he suddenly went back to 35th again in the order... Just can't afford that in this class. Not a bad ride considering, though of course he'll be a bit disappointed. The laptimes and effort are the positive he can take away (and of course not being injured). I think he'll be in the mix nearer the front in moto 2.

Showed what he can do in the 2nd moto.

Crying on the podium, you can tell how much that meant to him. Leaving there healthy and showing everyone what they're capable of, almost doesn't get better than this. I frikkin love this sport.

Peak Sacha Coenen today. Blazing fast in practice, blazing fast first moto with several crashes and coming back until the end. Holeshot moto 2, lead the way, get sketchy a few times, win the moto in dominating fashion.

Just amazing to see these two brothers going for it and live their dream

Coenen brothers stock skyrocketed today!

After the second crash he was still inside the top 30, couple laps later he was outside the top 30 so I'm pretty sure he crashed 3 times.

They won’t see which way he went at Southwick.

I wonder if some of the emotion on the podium after the race was knowing he could've won the overall if he hadn't let his mistakes compound in the first moto

He could have easily been on the box if he doesn't crash 2 more times after that first one. He was back to 28th on lap 4. Levi 2nd moto was up to 14th on lap 4

When he moves up to the 450, I'm afraid the transition will be difficult and sketchy.😬

At a guess I reckon 90% of the races he doesn’t holeshot he doesn’t win. He needs the starts. Moto 1 was classic Crasha when he’s buried he panics.

The good news for Sasha is that you could have a really long career in the US on a 250!

I could be really wrong but i dont see him winning back to back titles in SX that Quick and needs to move to a 450..

KTM must be exciting to have him on the line up in 250 for the outdoors the coming years to hunt for a title! Its been a while since KTM have been a factor for a championship!

It's easy to think that but he'll adapt because he'll have to. You just can't ride a 450 the way he rides a 250. Plus having more power means you don't have take as many risks, something that a lot of riders say after they move up.

It smoothed out his brother. I seem to see people saying similar things about Lucas. Don't watch a lot of GPs though.

Nobody in Europe was "scared" to see Lucas on a four fifty.

Sacha was awesome! Lucas rode great also, they are going to slot in so well when they join the US circuit. Hopefully they are similar to Prado in SX and improve from there.

All I know is these 2 fast brothers better stay healthy and collect GP championships. Then they better practice, practice , practice supercross. Get to the U.S. and contend for SX and MX championships.

They both made the racing at Lakewood 100% better! These two are the real deal, and I hope they steal wins at Southwick, and we have a lot more of them in the U.S. in the future.
