2/23/2026 12:34pm This is a bit crazy - just think of the next race, if a rider only got one of the flag or red light and thinks I can still jump - but there actually is a pile up or a rider down. Not a good scenario.

Woooo! Me and my daughter are going, I live 2 hrs from Houston. Since 1987 I have only missed 1 SX race at the Astrodome/NRG stadium, in 2014 when I was doing the Galveston 70.3.

He has the skill to do a block pass without putting the other rider on the ground - and he should do that - especially on a teammate in the second race...

They are looking at monitors and only announce to what is in front of them. Can they get better - yes but it is the director deciding what’s on the screen. Hope it gets...

I can happily pipe in and report that I finally set new weight PR's the last 2 days after the 4 week detour that slapped me in the face. I had set a goal weight back in Oct '24 that I really wanted to hit. Never expected to actually get there. Well SOB, now Ive got a 7 day average weight just under my "goal" weight and it feels like intensity just got leveled up. I lost around 50 pounds between April of 2025 and today using the assault bike, better diet, and 16/8 fasting. I was woking out almost everyday for 3 years lifting weights with no diet or cardio. I got very strong but was not looking great and definitely not in riding shape. I was at the gym one day and tried the assault bike and could only do it for 2-3 minutes before feeling like I was gonna pass out.
