Put a picture of you and your dad building the shop on the wall right under the tv. That way you see it when you’re sitting at the bench. I built a pole barn with my dad a couple of years ago. He’s still with us but watching him move around during the process I knew it was the last big project I was going to build with him. I tried to be very cognizant of the time we were spending together. It’s very special to be able to have that time. I hope your shop brings awesome memories of him every time you’re in it.

A shop without UEX and a hypersonic anti- ship missile lying around is merely a salon.

Nice bikes.

The Decoster poster came from AMS Racing in Mesa AZ. they have them. The Hannah/Smith/DeCoster phot is from Jim Gianatis.

Good eyes! The Hellfire is 3D printed and is 2/3rd scale, it was my retirement gift. The 30mm rounds are inert for testing the ammo handling system.

Haha.... I kinda thought it wasn't a live round, I mean... if you had one, wouldn't be good to advertise it!

Gotta say, that's the most unique wall decor I've seen in a dirtbike garage 🤣🤣

Luv that door build.  Are those hinges custom or bought?

All custom. I designed the doors on CAD and had the hinges made at work. They are super heavy duty (and a little overkill) 50mm OD with 20mm diameter pins. I wanted to make it secure 😄

Good mate of mine is a fabricator and did the metalwork/welding.

100mm of Celotex in the middle. Cladding on the front and 12mm OSB sheet on the inside. Despite weighing a ton, they open and close really nicely.

I dont even need to ask where you live with doors like that.

Looks great, I’m sorry for your loss, I lost my mom unexpectedly as well on May 4th. It’s been a rough few months, but I’m starting to get a handle on it. So much to do and deal with…

I wish I had your space, looks like you guys did a kickass job on the remodel.
