I'll say it again but I'd rather the season end after the last national. Give the guys a true offseason.

Yes! Like in the mid-80's when there was the Grand National Champion, the rider that scored the most combined points in SX and MX and then the next year ran a blue plate with #1 on it. Like David Bailey in this shot from Washougal in 1984.

Personally, I'd rather we lose SMX, add the 12th national back to the schedule, and have the fun off season races back (Monster Cup & Red Bull Straight Rhythm) over this gimmicky "World Championship." Gives the guys some time off or time to get some clean-up surgeries before getting into SX testing for the next year. As for the money, spread it across SX and MX.

Best to Terry's family. He curated a unique collection of bikes, maybe "The Terry Good Collection" at Barber would be a good outcome that would get the bikes seen and recognize him to a broader audience for what he was trying to accomplish. (Recognize not everyone was or is a fan of TG, but we all share a love of that history).

Just to get an idea before I’m at with the rear suspension? I went ahead and mocked up the Thor swingarm and Fox Shox. I will have to move the upper shock mount and modify the frame to replicate the real bike.

So I got the Doner bike completely taken apart. I’m really happy with the bones of this bike. A lot of the bike seemed like It never had a wrench on it. A good solid bike to start with. A lot of the parts that I don’t need will be for sale.

I do have most of the parts already gathered up and purchased for this build. Even the Mugen engine kit. Pipe airbox and silencer.

Well here I go again just finished a 1979 Mugen air cooled 125 build. I am jumping right into this build. It’s going to be a 1977 air cooled 125 Mugen. It will be an exact replica of the bike that Cliff White built for Steve Wise to race the 125 nationals.

Good eyes! The Hellfire is 3D printed and is 2/3rd scale, it was my retirement gift. The 30mm rounds are inert for testing the ammo handling system.

My 1972 Bultaco 125 Pursang in May of 1974 at Sunnyvale PAL. It was hopelessly obsolete by now due to the Elsinore. Things happened fast from 1972 to 1974: Pursang (okay on flat tracks), TM125, Elsinore, YZ Monoshock.
