I found his comments interesting. Not really sure what to make of it though. I always thought Hondas had more weight on the front and Kawis were kind of neutral? So that was a bit confusing to me.
Also, chassis stuff aside, he needs to get a start. I'm not sure how that's going to go, this summer. He hasn't really gotten good starts all of SX, so it'll be interesting to see if that comes around.

In the interview he also mentioned people giving him crap on Instagram. C'mon man, you're a 28 year old, highly paid factory rider. You don't need to be worried about social media bs. Stop complaining in public, be positive and focus on what you can control.

Yeah, Hangtown 24 was his first year too like he is now on Kawi. I have no clue if he will crash out or top 5 but neither would surprise me. A podium would though.

Stew was also an over the front rider like sexton is now.
Yamaha ultimately developed the 450 into a much better bike. But it takes time. Something chase does not have with Kawi. IF they are even willing to go that same route.
Bummer for garret if he loses his ride. Justin cooper would make sense but I’m not sold on Hampshire or mookie because of age/ injury concerns.
All the riders are going to hit the panic button once Deegan lines up on the gate, not just just Chase. Deegan needs to go around the pits and give out these t-shirts to Eli Tomac, Chase Sexton, Jorge Playdoh, and the Hunter brothers.

Chase, George, Danger, Eli and the Larry Brothers, given the situation with each of them, has this season realistically unpredictable. Everyone is a question mark for a different reason. Even Ferrandis looks extra froggy on the pasta rocket this year.

That was always the big risk for him. A one year deal leaves you in a shitty situation if you don't overperform if there are better riders available. And Marchbanks has barely, barely been on par. Shitty situation for him but he hasn't performed to warrant the ride over guys like Cooper, Mookie, RJ if those riders are available and willing to sign for Kawasaki.
The good thing is that he has the summer to make an impact and maybe sway the management to keep him.
Unfortunately I do t think outdoor results really sway decisions anymore.
Dylan had to go to a privateer team not long after he won an outdoor title.
