I have a 756 i found online on my 2014 yz450f, its lasted a season and a half and hadn't chucked any side knobs. Is as least as good as a geomax front. But lasts forever basically. The 773f is on another 450 of mine and is hands down better than any other front tire available. Haven't tried a factory...

Yamaha had a podium sweep in the 250 class and two riders on the box in the 450 class in Cleveland. I looked into it and it's the first time ever a manufacturer has had five riders podium at the same Supercross race. There have been 16 manufacturer podium sweeps in 250 class history and Yamaha now has four of them. They have all come in the past three seasons. The sweeps in Nashville and Cleveland are the first time it has happened at back to back races. Yamaha has 13 250 class wins with three rounds to go in...

The old style 1/4 turn KTM gas caps that they only use on the off-road bikes now have a check valve in the actual gas cap itself. I think in a SX setting something like that probably isn't worth it as if it fails you are are screwed so they really are better off just going with the hose setup but man even if its safety wired if something catches on that hose in a crash its probably ripping off anyways.

Or... Will other manufacturers slow down on R&D? I mean, if a 10 year old bike can win, why pour all that money into R&D? Just pay more and get the top talents...

They could easily say that the bike is doing good enough if it’s winning it doesn’t need an update. “It ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentality
