He’s already done better than guys with 5-15 years sx experience….whats that say about them?
That they don’t quit
Jfc
Dumb take of the year.
So while quitting he’s beating guys with 15 years more sx experience than him, got it. And while quitting finished 6th overall in Mx last year.
Rest of the field sounds like a bunch of losers comparatively if such a trash quitter is beating them so handily?
Maybe the truth is somewhere between the extremes…

Why be an fool and stay two more years in a team that completely lost it.
Call it quitting or whatever, it was the only way to save a career!
I hope (Kawi mech) DG is happy with the Sexton/Marchbanks performances, at least they are not quitting… yet…. 😅
The stupid in this thread is even higher than normal for Vital
His battles (if you want to even call it that) are odd at times. I don’t think the starts will get him in trouble in SX as much as the cross jumping and line swapping whenever someone gets up to him to pass can. It’s his style and choice, but he’s already had a couple of close calls that could have ended by getting landed on or taking someone else out. If he can avoid those situations, and assuming his shoulder isn’t gone after last weekend, he should make it to outdoors just fine.
Congratulations for the dumbest take on the internet, Mr. Xenophobia...
Why be a fool and quit KTM to go to Kawi in the first place?
Quit KTM
Quit Kawi
Quit gp’s
Now he’s already quit again. He’s as worthless as tits on a tomcat. His career is over. You can’t win shit if you don’t qualify or finish.
Sexton and Marchbanks are qualifying and finishing and Sexton has a win. A-lot more to be proud of than Whorehay has given his team and sponsors.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
If leaving MXGP to live out his dream of racing AMA Supercross is 'quitting', then I don't think you understand what it means.
And yeah, both Sexton and Marchbanks should be really proud of how their seasons are going 😂😂
I believe every time you go P1 in practice, you ARE in contention. Do you consider Chase to be in contention?
Sounds more like an escape plan than a dream. Not sure what you call quitting but sitting on your ass while there is a race going on damn sure ain’t “living the dream”
And you tell me which is better a heat race win or a main event win? Finishing or quitting?
Most Americans would applaud if some posters in this thread quit posting on Vital
Nah, this dude is a bedbug, ALL of his takes are dumb.
You're going to need to rewrite that in English please.
Bunch of logical explanations there friend. Prado did not quit GPs, he completed that part of his career, winning four world championships. There was nothing there left to prove. He quit KTM/GasGas at the time because he had to come to America to race to still have challenges and progress, there wasn't a place for him on the USA team. And while he handled the situation shamedly, he quit Kawasaki as he felt he could not get the bike to work for him to achieve the results he wanted for himself. It was bad the way he handled the situation at Kawasaki, any right-minded person would think so, but these are the absolute best in the world athletes we are discussing - they are wired completely different than you and I. The very things that made Prado act terribly during his time at Kawasaki are some of the things that helped him win his four world championships. Being single minded of purpose, absolutely having to get what he wants, not caring about people's feelings, and other behaviors Prado showed normal people can not live with, but it is part of his championship package, right or wrong. It's not an excuse, lots of other riders behave better in similar situations, it is an explanation though.
Pit Row
Folks that post like you are a mystery to me. Are they really that out of touch with reality or just clowns posting crap to get their twisted jollies? Not sure but I think you fall under the first category...maybe I'm wrong?
Good points, agreed. I was alluding to over riding to maintain position more than the starts themselves, but forgot about his penchant for line swapping.
My experience sim racing with Iberians, they don't like getting passed and will do whatever it takes to defend a position. Second only to Brazilians in that. They're not big fans of the "let him by and follow the guy to see where you're losing time" thing.
Even in motogp Marc Marquez seems to have the reputation:

never underestimate the predictability of stupidity
That CZ in your pfp must stand for Crack sZmoker I see…
The undeniability that he’s a gifted rider is equal to the undeniability he is a quiter. Their are many teams in F1 or NASCAR that don’t have cars really capable of winning but I’ve never seen a driver in one just coast around the track with one hand on the wheel and trying not to qualify.
Deegan would have got up and won...
Jk! I kid, I kid!
Pretty gnarly crash for sure. Cant fault him on that one. I wouldn't have raced for 2 months after!
I think it was completely fair to criticize his actions last summer but I’m not sure I agree with the whole quitter thing in this case. The guy went down hard, was obviously hurting pretty bad and decided to call it a night instead of risking further injury on one of the toughest tracks we’ll see all year. Honestly I don’t blame him, that looked like a nasty crash.
Who was the guy that used to post on Vital back in the day when Prado was an upcoming amateur in Spain? He would post regular updates with photos, and was convinced he was the next big thing. Anybody remember who that was, and does he still post here?
Don't know how long you've been a fan of this sport or if you ride? But a poster earlier said he's literally raced SX 15 times so far in his career. As far as getting your feet wet in SX, they didn't used to have the "futures SX" rounds with the young guys getting into it. For Prado, its like Jett when he went over the bars in a very knarly crash in his first season that he took himself out for quite awhile. I remember Roczen doing the same thing on KTM when he first started here in the states in SX. Pastrana was a crash machine too. Most of the best to ever do this sport went through serious growing pains when starting SX and being thrown to the wolves so to speak.
I know McAdoo went through it as well, but now sure why you picked him as your example when so many have gone through the same experience
