Don't have a lot of photos of me, a fewer handy not scanned. Like a lot of folks here started on the Stingray, then in order, bought that beat Bultaco in a box around 73 and rebuilt it with a friend in High School metal shop, then to the Maico, then the Ossa, then a Husky 390 (no pics of that).

About a month ago I went out on a whim and found a 2026 BETA 350RX within a 4 hour drive. I’ve been wanting a second bike and it be a 2-stroke. I don’t have a good handle on the bike yet as Mother Nature keeps raining on all scheduled open rides. So, I’ll just race the local Pro-Am this weekend and report back on how bad I got my ass kicked. 😂 I did the suspension through Race-Tech, full FMF exhaust, carb rejet, and a Rekluse clutch. 🤘

NeedMoto: Take that pic off the wall, dust it off, and get a proper scan of it. I raced my 1975 125 Elsinore through the 77 season. To try and stay competitive for 77 I got a Red Line swingarm with moved up S&W shocks. And I got FMF fork mods and added air caps.

Been wondering when this thread was going to pop up. Pretty sure lying to Congress isn’t covered by an autopen pardon. “Science” my ass… He and his partner in crime, Dr Ralph Baric from UNC Chapel Hill, should be cell mates at Gitmo. I would LOVE to switch back to Suzuki, but after 3 knee surgeries I need the button. If they would just update a few things like that you'd see a huge resurgence of all the old yellow faithful coming back......
