His first year on KTM was very similar. He got an early win. He missed the top 5 a bunch of times. Was all over the place. Only won 2 events in Supercross and missed the top 5 in 5 races.
Chase can be so wildly different in the space of a week.
Dood is a headtrip... always has been... always will be.... fastest dood in the field just chilling in 6th... lol.... a lot like et3 tbh...
Okay. Some racers were pretty sick last night. Tough as nails RJ pulled out, it looked like Malcom pulled out not from injury but probably sick, Vohland was just getting over it. Others. For all you know-it-alls know Chase was sick, as stated by Mathes and others, and rode his heart out. But hey…why not pile on as your fat ass sits on the couch eating the 5 gallon container of cheese puffs from Costco. Have any of you reached such an elite level of anything in your life?? Unless you count being dicks behind a keyboard. Maybe it’s sort of hard to do….especially if you don’t feel 100%. Okay…you can go back to being useless jerks now.
We can’t hear you with Chase’s cock in your mouth!😆🤣

"Dood is a head trip" .
Find that ironic coming from a troll on a headtrip such as yourself.
To me, he's always looked like a rider who just got on a bike and was fast without really knowing why he is fast. A knowledgable rider will make technique adjustments to compansate, because the bike will never be perfectly setup. He doesnt seem to do that.
Lol guy goes from "im not here to argue" to "i cant hear you with Chase's cock in your mouth" in back to back posts. Ok buddy
Matthes specifically said that he heard rumors that Sexton was not feeling well but couldn't get the information verified. So no, Matthes did not state that Sexton was factually sick.
We just finished our post-race show, and Lewis did confirm that Sexton was sick over the weekend. But in talking to Chase, Lewis also mentioned that he said it wasn't as bad as RJ or Malcolm's situations.
It’s seems clear that spending his weeks testing is effecting his ability to race train… starts are off, late race pace is off, passing is off, line choices is uninspired…
Hes kind of a mess
Now imagine if Kawi used the opportunities given to them in the off-season, and used WSX to test under race conditions. They wouldn't be 3 races behind with setup and trying to catch up during the week.
Why don't they just go back to the bike settings they had in round 3? This isn't the year to be constantly searching around for the "perfect" setup. This is the year to win a championship. Jett is out, time to take advantage of it. Look at how many different guys have won so far. Time to go back to a comfortable setup, and stack some wins together.
You mean, keep it simple, like Kenny?!
Chase's mindset is more of "This needs to be better," rather than "We can work with this."
I thought everyone here had a negative opinion on Kawi because they didn’t let riders test? Now they are letting riders test too much?
Fair point. I would agree with you on that.
I've never really bought the old argument about not letting people test, but if true, they did a hell of a lot more winning when they took that approach than they've done the last couple years so maybe they should revisit it.
Pit Row
If he doesnt start podiuming more often....it might behoove him to get a jump on outdoor testing....Just saying
If not for long drawn-out arguing your post count would be zero
If Kawi were smart, they would give him RVs old setup. That bike clearly worked, and he dominated on it.
I'm assuming this is tongue in cheek...in case it's not (and my sarcasm meter isn't reading), RV's last KX450 is like 5 generations removed from what Chase is riding? And Chase is a very front-end feel kinda guy (like Reedy), whereas RV steered with the throttle. Literally no comparison in setups.....
I do like the suggestion of going back to A2's setup and making slight tweaks from there. But what do I know...at their level small changes make a huge difference....
We know Chase has been vocal about there being too many races (his opinion not mine). I believe he is being out worked by the riders (Eli) who choose to use these other opportunities like WSX to be competitive at the highest level.
You can't be serious. I stopped opening the Prado thread because I'm tired of reading the fucked up logic from the 4 Euro's that get straight up weird about a dirt bike racer.
Didnt a lot of us call this already? The first year on Kawi would be a lot of hit or miss races. It's why we were all scratching our heads on why he was getting off the KTM. He looked like he had the bike dialed. Now he was going to move to a completely new bike and the first year would be an almost throw away year. And here we are. Yeah, sucks for him because the guy he cant beat, Jett, is out. Eli has adapted to the KTM really fast but Chase isn't Eli. I'm a Chase guy but I've just accepted this is what you get with him. Lots of frustration mixed with brilliance
*Eurostralians
The bike "clearly worked" for a guy who knew how it worked. The factory Kawie 450 of that era was a 100% rear-steering bike, and RV had that technique down pat. It may not have worked as well for a rider that couldn't wrap his head around that handling trait.
With that kinda thinking, Suzuki might as well go back to that sweet setup Roger was using in 73.
I'll bet you are a lot of fun at parties.
Bore. Off.
