I don't know how much the broadcast showed him, but I was there today. I watched Eli like a hawk in qualifying, heats, main. IMO this is not a slump. He was not right. Just last week, he was #1 in qualifying by a good margin and all smiles. He was fast and aggressive in the heat race until he tangled with JCoop. Something changed by the Main as he just rode around. No aggression at all. And this last race was even more so...he just rode around and then actually pulled over and looked while JCoop passed him.
