He is a beast, running under the radar.
Ferrandis certainly looks to be enjoying racing again, and that can only be a good thing.
I'm not a fan, however I was impressed with his work tonight.
If he is really comfortable then outdoors will be a lot more interesting then last year…that’s for sure!

I concur.
Come from behind win in heat and all the talk is about Hunter. Crashes on the start when Jason goes down and comes from basically last to 6th and nothing. He gets no respect at all.
I didn't realize he went down in turn 1. Great ride. He'll be on the box in no time
He's looking spicy again this year. Great to see.
Looks happy it's good to see !
His last lap was very close to his fastest lap, hope he makes it through SX healthy
He actually had the same results last year. He went 4-6-5 first three rounds of SX. Seems likes he’s always had the speed in SX just hasn’t been able to stay injury free
The Dylan danger zone is getting closer.
Except he was on a factory ride last year. Thats a huge difference. Phoenix Honda has no where near the resources Star Yamaha does. So it makes where he is at that much more impressive and shows why he should be on a factory ride over others.
I enjoy his watching his race prowess, and his interviews are pretty damn honest. I do wonder if Dylan and Eli had a bit of a personality clash at Star last year.
I think Eli’s camp is so to themselves, that it’s hard to clash with anyone on the team that isn’t directly in their camp.
IMO, I wouldn't say they clashed personality wise but I would figure that most of the teams resources were focused on trying to make Eli happy and Dylan was just the second rider and felt unappreciated.
He was quietly very impressive last night. He was way way back and got back to 6th. He actually finished about 3 seconds back of McElrath in 4th and at the end he was lapping about 10 seconds faster than everyone else. Great job for him and the team
There are egos in MX just like in every other motorsport. You see it a lot in this sport, with guys like Sexton jumping ship to KTM from HRC Honda when he realized the Lawrence bros would be getting the attention over him...even though he'd just won a SX championship, and kept Eli Tomac on his toes outdoors. The factory Honda was made the scapegoat...but IMO it was something to blame the switch on. Chase wanted to be a team leader somewhere, and get the attention he felt he deserved. I agree with you...that Dylan didn't want to play second fiddle to Tomac, even though he looked great the last few outdoor rounds on the Star Yamaha.
Pit Row
He is the first rider to achieve two top tens in a row in the 450 class in his first season on a Phoenix Honda. This season is so full of firsts it's remarkable.
His last lap was 1 second slower than his fastest lap.....which was 4.5 seconds slower than Sexton's fastest.
lol you are so butthurt about the Hunter brothers
It didn't work like that.
Seems like he couldn’t get his brain wrapped around the Yamaha!
didn’t he beat factory Honda this week? 😂
Running Pirelli tires too.
And, you were there at what point?
he did ...perhaps he can give the laws a few tips during the week on mud riding..........although from memory not seen the boyz struggle in mud so much prior.........
I have always liked his style. But pretty nice to hear a guy say what is on his mind and be honest about it . Be interesting to see how he stacks up outdoors.
why is someone "not a fan" of any of these guys. never makes sense to me.
