Not hating but Kroc and Tomac almost got lapped too...

That more or less what i expect from Prado... Its a good start to see what he can do in the last race before leaving EEUU

With a holeshot he would probably been even higher. This was a solid first race and it would have been fun to see him at Daytona.

He was second out of the first turn.He had an amazing start for 16th gate pick

Russel wasn’t scoring points in the 250 class. Prado ran half of his first SX race in the Top 10. Plus, he’s only here for 3 races anyway, what benefit would it be to anyone to cut that short?

My thought was would he invite him back next year. Like I said, I thought he did great.

Doubt roger would have much of a choice.

He practically did holeshot. I thought he did good. I was expecting a holeshot and top 10 finish and he almost did that.

He looked amazing in person and showed short flashes of brilliance but had trouble being consistent in his rhythm section timing.

We were sitting right in front of the rhythm section and he hit it pretty consistently, didn’t see him struggling there.

he was running great until the track started breaking down and then he was struggling a bit in the whoops.

But what a great ride, I am glad he is over here.

He rode sx for 3 months and got 13th in the big boy class. Against dudes that raced on 250s for years and years. In regional sx racing half the field to hone the craft. Yeah he got lapped and I think he did amazing

Has anyone else ever just showed up with zero supercross experience, in the premier class, and at the most stressful race of the year no less... Pull off what Prado just did? I think it was a phenomenal performance.

For his first SX race, he was very impressive.

If Kailub got hurt in SX…he’d be out, but not only of a branch of motorsports that he’s not never going to be a champion in…but out of cross country too, where KTM pays him very well to be the best and have their name out front. If Prado gets hurt over here in SX…that keeps him from again being a MXGP champion. DeCoster is paid to see the bigger picture, I imagine.

I thought he looked decently comfortable and was just keeping it smooth and consistent. Great building experience and now looks to stack his confidence week to week

That picture is so badass… just standing up on the pegs sliding into the first turn with the whole pack behind you at A1.

He did a lot better than I expected. Glad to have him for a few races and hopefully he decides to stay for the series.

His 13th place finish put him above MULTIPLE guys with a 250 title. Seems like a good jump into supercross IMO.

What prado showed yesterday  most mxgp top riders  can do also......and the only thing they can't  is those whoops and prado couldn't  do that either

He was pretty damn good everywhere apart from the whoops, very good ride for a first timer.

Kailub was retired from GNCC when Decoster fired him.

Three months ago this weekend, he was racing the MXoN. He's been back and forth between the US and Europe multiple times since. He has six-seven weeks prep. With that in mind, he did pretty well.

I wonder if he knew to go to the payout window for his race winnings?  That's something new to all the MXGP guys...

3 slices of SX pizza and he’s hooked on getting more!

Imagine learning to play tennis. Make to the 1/8 finals at Wimbledon as your first tournament ever and being called a squid…

Looks like something out of motogp, ridiculous

His result was a lot better than he looked.  He looked like a squid

How many AMA SX-only specialists will be lining up for the first MXGP round..? Always makes me laugh how some guys on here criticise the efforts of GP riders who jump in at the SX deep end, while nobody is prepared to make the jump from SX to MXGP..

Thank you, some of today's generation has no idea what kind of accomplishment that was.
