No, but riding SX suspension / gearing etc most of the year is. Completely different setups. Helping did an interview stating this same fact, and a reason he didn’t start SX as it was a huge change riding a completely different bike.

It’s press day, the track is smooth as glass. And I hardly doubt he forgot where he was a motocross track he probably has 300 plus laps on. This is not SX where he jumping in to a 3 - quad- step on double with a 3’ transfer in between each obstacle for only a few laps.

And we probably will never get the true story what happened. Chase was vague because he would most likely get reprimanded by Kawi, and Kawi, especially at these times would never admit that the bike quit on him. That was another brutal hit that he bounced up from. Chase Norris?!

I just turned 50 this year (how!?!?) and I’ve been riding since/ racing since I was 13. Back in 2020 I got heavily involved in competitive skydiving where our team has finished 1st and 2nd in the US Nationals in 2023 and 2025. Between owning a business with a crazy work schedule and a heavy team training / traveling schedule...

We honestly don’t have any real “sand tracks” here anymore. Bartow was one of the last true sand tracks. Lazy Springs just also closed which was a sand track.

Grabbing the front brake in the air will not drop the front like tapping the rear. If the bars are even tilted at the slightest, the bike is getting all wonky . if you don’t believe me, go hit a big jump and grab a handful of front brake and post the video here…. Probably from the ER.

You do realize this was negotiated by the creditors themselves right? You talk like KTM intentionally screwed themselves and their partners over on purpose. There’s no denying they screwed up. As many companies have in history. Unscrupulous is a bit dramatic for this situation.
