Technically you could argue he podiumed the attrition contest for the season too. Missed a couple races but he's here at the end, which is equally a big deal for AC.

A winner is a loser who never gave up. So awesome to see him get a podium. He's a little off the pace from the top group but staying healthy and making it to these final rounds in one piece is not easy to do. Just ask Barcia, Malc, Marv, Dylan, Anderson, Eli and Coop.... So stoked for AC!

If you are counting Roczen, then AC finished 3rd out of 5 factory riders tonight……..

He finished ahead of both Nichols and Tomac.

Yep I agree, this type of podium is the hardest for him to achieve but he did it. Dude just needs some momentum and he can be in the hunt for wins and podiums weekly.

Said on the broadcast AC is getting some kind of stem cell treatment. That is pretty dedicated in trying to stay healthy. He is just an awesome human!

Given the field attrition, I thought he was gonna feel patronized by Wil and brush the podium praise off with his 140iq and humility , but  he was really feeling it, as he has every right to. Just didn't expect that. Been a hard road..

Press conferences are also at their best when AC is on the podium, hands down. Great dude, hope he will win again in the future, definitely rooting for him.

Unless your name is Alessi.. Then you’ll be ridiculed and accused of being a little girl in a man’s sport. These guys put EVERYTHING into racing Monday-Sunday and when they have stuff go their way I’m sure the emotions are off the charts!

He finished 13 seconds behind Chase, so much better than the past where it was over 30. People forget he was the guy who pressured Eli into his OJ, and led a few laps then kinda stuck with Chase when he got by

Just watched the race and man what a great podium interview. No matter how he got it he deserves it. Hope he stays healthy this summer and gets a few more.

He’s one of the most well spoken riders in the sport. Wears his heart on his sleeve and doesn’t hold back. He tells it how it is, good or bad. He’s the one guy you can’t count on that will never give a robotic response in an interview. That podium speech delivered!

Really glad to see Adam hit the box. He deserves it, for sure! I hope he uses this to propel him into a top-3 outdoors…that is, if his contract with Kawie isn’t SX only!
